Parking was very tight and the cable wasn’t working. Cable is not usually an issue when at the beach, but when it was raining, it would have been nice to watch a movie. There are a lot of stairs if you have anyone who has issues climbing them. But the views are worth it."

"Great Condo in a Great Location - This is a great rental for families! It is right on the beach and spacious and you can squeeze 3-4 vehicles in the allotted spaces, as other parking is almost impossible to find. The condo is obviously well used, so don't expect a "hotel-like" environment, which we did not. My only complaint would be that some of the information (like complimentary beach umbrella) setup and wifi information needs to be updated in the welcome packet. Otherwise, it is definitely a "family-oriented" condo complex and having the "private" beach is a huge plus. We'd rent again when/if we return to Miramar Beach!"

"Amazing view from Balconies - This was a fantastic place to stay and gave enough room for people to separate or be together when they wanted to. I would recommend it to anyone that wants the full beach experience. The only downside I would say is the parking if you have more than one car but it wouldnt keep me away!!"

"Views of a lifetime! - This unit was plenty big for us. It is beautiful to overlook the ocean each day. 3 balconies was very nice! The cleaning that is provided is adequate. The décor of the home could be updated, but that isn't what we are there for so it isn't an issue. The kitchen could use a few more everyday use items i.e. cookie sheet, oven mit small things like that. The most disappointing thing about this unit for us was there was no grill. This is the first unit we've rented over the past # of years that did not have a grill. To us that is important. We generally grill every night and stop at the store before arrival for our food for the week. This is the 4th of the Sanddollar townhomes we've stayed in and I would stay again. I would take into consideration the lack of a grill."

"Great place but not good for little ones - It was beautiful and a really neat place we loved everything about it except we had a 1 year old and it has lots of stairways inside. Not the greatest place for little ones. Our 3 yr old learned to scoot down the stairs well. The stairs literally the only complaint."

"Our great family vacation after Covid - It was perfect location and the house was great. The only thing that needs to be done, we only had one roll per bathroom with 10 people and some rolls were half used, only two cubes for dishwasher, one very, very small liquid soap for dishes for 5 day 10 people. Yes we went and brought the necessities it didn’t kill us but? It was great lay out for us and plenty of room, having the beach that close was amazing. "Perfect Workation, excellent location! - Could not have picked a better place to spend the month of January! We worked from here for the month, but also took some days off to enjoy Destin/Miramar. We loved our stay here and were very comfortable during our visit. The location is close to everything... we love to golf and were just minutes from several courses. The property manager was also 5 stars. When we called about something minor, they were literally at our door within an hour!! Overall great, I really hated having to go home. :)"

"Perfect location! - To begin with, Marla (the property manager) was a pleasure to work with. She was quick with responses to questions and went above and beyond to accommodate us.
The townhouse was clean and exactly as advertised. It was nicely furnished and was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 7 children.
The location of the townhouse can’t be beat. It was directly on the beach. The beach area around the townhouse complex was reserved for residents and renters, so it was not crowded.
We can’t wait until next year so we can do it all again!"

"We will be Back! - This unit has so many positives it is hard to list them all. It is almost completely newly renovated, has beautiful leather sofas, a huge TV, new mattresses and all of the kitchen items we needed. We loved being able to walk to Pompano Joes, convenience stores and coffee shops. We totally enjoyed the 3 balconies and living areas so we could spread out our different age groups. The very best is the closeness to the beach!"

"Absolutely loved this property! Marla was awesome! - This was the best rental we have had for our vacations in Miramar! The whole place has been updated and very clean! You can tell the owners take pride in the property! The location was perfect and all the neighbors were very friendly and respectful! "Great property and location - Apologies for being very late in writing this review...My family has spent a week here the past two fall seasons. We enjoy it enough that we plan on returning regularly. The place has always been very clean and the location is right on the beach (accessible from the lowest level of the deck) so there's not much more to say there.
Although there are no children in our group, the supplied beach toys on the lower level of the deck looked to be more than adequate. There was also enough room in that area to store an ocean kayak we rented for the week.
Because of food allergies, we generally avoid restaurants when going on vacation and found the kitchen to be well-stocked and organized enough for making nearly every breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay. The TVs, Wifi, etc... also worked perfectly.
I highly recommend this place. The family really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!
One more note: Our most recent trip was a few days after one of the worst storms this region has seen for years. The property manager was very quick to get back to us with questions about the conditions of the property and location in general which was very helpful. Thanks!"

"Beautiful view. Great set up! - We all loved our unit. Plenty of space and privacy for all. Loved how the living area was on the second level, with bedrooms up and down, and each their own balcony. "Fall Beach Vacation - The place was awesome. We were lucky enough to come in the week before Michael hit the coast. The beach was calm and clear, the townhouse was clean and comfortable with everything we needed available to us. I only had a couple of questions during the planning of our fall get away and Marla was instantly available to answer questions and give us advice on things to do and places to go! The kids loved the instant access to the beach! Overall it was one of the best beach trips we have had and if available will probably be back next fall!!"

"Perfect Girls’ Getaway - Recently stayed here over Labor Day weekend for a Bachelorette trip. There were 7 girls, and this place accommodated us so well with bedrooms on the top and lowest floors; and living quarters in the middle of it all. Our stay was very comfortable, the beach access is great, and we had everything we needed. The only people I wouldn’t recommend this rental for would be elderly or people that have difficulty climbing stairs: there are a lot!
Lastly, the icing on the cake was the property manager: Marla. She was so helpful and easy to work with!!! She really goes above and beyond, and I’d book this place again just knowing I’d be dealing with her. Thanks so much for a great stay at Miramar Beach!"

"Our group had a blast! - We just got home last week and are more than ready to go back! Our group of three families had plenty of room to make ourselves at home. The house came well stocked with everything you need from kitchen items to sand toys! I would suggest to a future renter to be aware of the steps. It wasn't a problem for us (even with a 1 year old), but I wouldn't have wanted my parents to have to climb or go down them. Also, the parking was a little tight! We had 3 midsize SUVS and had issues fitting everyone in. Marla was great to work with and answered any questions we had quickly! We had an amazing vacation!

"Excellent location! - There is nothing like being right on the beach! The house is clean and well maintained with plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Marla was very easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. Parking is super tight so if you are driving larger cars you may end up having to park down the street. Not too long a walk but not our favorite part of our stay. The house is located close to everything. The beach is perfect and we appreciated not being in a public area. The bottom deck is great for afternoon reading and relaxing. Would recommend that the owners upgrade the coffee pot to a Keurig."

"Wonderful property right on Miramar Beach! - We really enjoyed our week at this property at the beginning of 2018. Marla is great to work with and all the many improvements, including brand new decks, were completed before we arrived. The cold weather caused an outdoor pipe at the basement foot/shower outlet to leak, but Marla had someone come fix it within a couple of hours.
We will definitely rent this property again in the future!"

"Great place right on the beach - This was our first time at Miramar Beach and we had a great time! We found the place to be very clean and the kitchen was well equipped to provide our group with breakfast/lunch/dinner every day on our vacation.
We didn't use any of the provided beach chairs or toys on our trip but there seemed to be a good supply of them. The hose/shower on the first level of the deck made cleanup easy coming in from the beach.
The wifi also worked well everywhere in the home. Overall we had a great time here! We hope to come back again next year!"

Marla was very attentive, there was a minor problem with the outdoor grill not starting, which was fixed immediately.

"Loved it - We stayed in #14 from January through the end of March. It's the ideal location right on the beach. You literally walk downstairs and your feet are in the sand. There's a coffee shop, winery, and several restaurants within walking distance. A very nice walking path is just across the street. The place was fully stocked and even had a slow cooker! Marla was always available when we had questions or needed something which thankfully was not often. The main concern that we had at first was the parking because the spots look narrow. We were able to fit 4 cars easily when we needed to. I would definitely stay here again and was very sad to leave. "

"Great Condo with beautiful views on all three levels! - This condo was very nicely kept. Each bedroom had its own private bath, in addition to a half bath on the kitchen level. The beach is a 30 second walk! Pompano Joes is literally a very short walk as well. My husband and I made a few trips to their beach bar for a frozen treat. On the bottom floor, there is located a convenient shower with plenty of room to store beach toys. This owner also keeps all the beach toys the previous visitors left behind. (Umbrellas, boogie boards, Nets, all kinds of sand toys!) This is great because you always end up buying stuff with no room to travel back with it. It's nice to know others will use. Many other condos we've rented in past do not keep beach accessories. Additionally, Marla was always quick to reply with any questions I had.
This condo definitly has the Location, Location, Location factor. We would gladly return!"

"Clean, well maintained and on the beach! - it was cleaned and well maintained (except 1 bathroom door stuck). the kitchen was well stocked, the bath & bed linens were nice. The layout worked well for our group of 4 adults, a 3 1/2 yr old and a dog. We loved being right on the beach and just a short walk to Pompano Joe's and the Bad Ass coffee shop. We would stay again. "Wonderful, relaxing stay! - A group of us ladies from Oklahoma took a road trip and were blessed to find and stay at this beautiful condo for the week. We were looking for a beach front property to get a way at and relax. It was perfectly located Ocean front with it's beautiful private white powder like sand beach. The condo was in walking distance to eating places and shops. It was was perfect for the 11 of us, very roomy and very well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well equipped making it so nice for those times we chose to cook and have a relaxing meal in our own space. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were plenty full. Each of the decks had a beautiful view of the ocean and was so calming to sit out in the breeze and enjoy the sound of the waves. We spent many full days on the beach in which this condo furnished plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella to shade those that had too much sun yet wanted to stay out on the beach. There were also plenty of sandy toys and boogy boards for kids to play with. The grill and patio seating was absolutely wonderful for the night we went to the fish market and grilled out with the ocean in the back ground. You can tell the owners take pride in this place and with that will have favor shown to them and prosper from it's beauty. The management was very friendly and so awesome in helping with last minute booking. Would again like to express our gratitude in such amazing assistance. This will for sure be a repeat retreat for us! We have only been home for 5 days and cant wait to plan our next trip. Not a single thing we would change about this place except if we could move the beach to Oklahoma ;)"
