Sandpiper Cove is a 43 acre gated resort located on exclusive Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. This expansive resort offers amazing amenities including private beach access, five swimming pools, three hot tubs, six lighted tennis courts, horse shoes, plus a 9-hole par 3 golf course. Additionally, the resort includes a beach pavilion that serves food and beverages, BBQ grills onsite, and Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant.

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

"Cute condo - The condo was very nice and tidy. We enjoyed staying here. The only suggestion I have is the bedroom with the 2 beds need replaced. Both beds felt like you just sunk in the middle. It didn’t make for great sleeping. Overall we had a positive experience."

"Girls Just Want to have Fun - The place was very clean and pictured exactly like it was on the web. Very center location and good restaurants around. Me and my kids and their friends enjoyed the stay. Just 1 con, I don’t like that you’re charged a cleaning fee, and still expected to clean yourself. I underst Cleaning up as you go and behind yourself but the rules in the policy seem like they wanted us to be the cleaning crew although a few was already charged. but overall I would definitely rent and stay again."

"Great Weekend Getaway - We loved this rental. We have stayed at several different units in Sandpiper and this one was by dar the cleanest and most updated we have been to. Everything was updated and the beds were honestly so so comfortable. The deck was awesome for meals outside in the shade and it backed up to the heated pool. We will be booking this one again for sure."

"Perfect Place - Our stay here was perfect. There was 6 of us staying here with a 1 year old, 5 year old , and 4 adults and the condo was perfect for us. Very spacious and even had a bed that pulled out from the couch that was perfect for the kids to sleep on. The view from the balcony was great and the location was perfect with multiple restaurants less then a mile down the road. Would recommend this place to everyone and would definitely stay again."
