It was really nice, they had a few spots on the seat covers to the chairs but that wasn’t a big deal! Everything was to our liking. We walked to the beach, we went to the pool. And we ubered everywhere we wanted to go! We will be back one day and will bring the kids this time!

Had an issue with the shower not working, and it took maintenance a few times to fix it. Other than that, I would recommend adding a fan into the bedroom, as it was warm. Beautiful place to stay.

This location is perfect, it’s close to the beach and everything else. Shops, food, & TARGET! Only thing I recommend is packing a blanket for the pull out bed because one was not provided. Also limited bath linens so pack wash cloths. They provide a washer and dryer which is perfect for a weeks stay.

Excellent place to stay! Was unaware that the beach that is within walking distance was not pet friendly, which did add a small hiccup in plans. Aside from that everything was great and easy to check into and out of.

We loved the unit and sand piper cove. We just had a couple issues one was the patio doors could be replaced as I was locked on the deck out back and had to have someone come help me get back in. The windows are older so it hard to see out but the place was clean, comfortable and looks like the pictures. We did have another issue as a worker for joy was in our unit when we retired from lunch and no one had warned us. The public beach access is very nice and the hot tubs and pools are clean and warm. I’d love to stay here again but the man in our unit made me uncomfortable and being the lock locked me out I’m hoping those issues get addressed. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, there are umbrellas for the beach and we left a kids boogie board for the next family. We also left our shampoo and conditioner under the bathroom sink because we needed more than was offered as well. The coach bed didn’t have linens so we had to call joy. The buildings are number funny too.

Everything was great, other than trying to find the condo at night in a huge complex. It took awhile but luckily some locals came by and helped us out and gave us a map. We definitely enjoyed our stay and appreciate the cleanliness.

The whole family had a great time. Perfect place for two teenagers to find things to do as well as the adults. Room was clean and nicely decorated without being cluttered. The bedroom was a little warm at night, but the owner provides two box fans that worked perfectly. Would definitely highly recommend!!

We stayed with RealJoy to celebrate my son's graduation from high school and acceptance in to the marine's. We loved the convenient location! The view of the marina is gorgeous and you can watch the fireworks from Crab Island at night.
The airbnb is really cute and has a surprisingly comfortable pull out sofa bed in addition to the bed in the bedroom. We only hit a few bumps during our stay and Realjoy was excellent in addressing our concerns in an efficient manner.
Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this air bnb! The back deck has a great view and it was nice to sit out there with a glass of wine at the end of the day. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The only thing it was missing was a blanket for the pull-out couch, it did have clean sheets though. It is also located at the opposite end of the entrance to the complex. If you are driving, it is totally fine. If you are not, it is a nice little walk to the entrance over a canal and really wasn't that bad but something I wish I had known! Would definitely go back.

This place has literally everything you need! It is dog friendly, in a cute community with a par 3 course, great restaurant on the water, multiple pools, tennis courts, it’s own private beach with rental chair/umbrella complete with a full menu beach bar. Did I mention that your property has water views on the harbor that boasted gorgeous sunsets as well as provide boating entertainment; we were also lucky enough to have a full on firework show during our stay for our 1 year anniversary! (Labor Day weekend) I cannot recommend this place enough!

We had a great rental experience with this unit. Location was a bit further than expected from the beach but found consistent parking in the lot outside of Sand Trap. View from balcony is very pretty and unit was quiet.
