*LOW Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1500 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"Life's a Beach - I loved this property, although not ocean front it was a very short walk. It was all that the 3 of us needed. The beach themed decor was wonderful. "GREAT STAY! - We were pleased with the appearance of the condo. It looks exactly like the pictures and was actually a little bigger than it looks online. What I was most pleased with is that the condo came with a cooler, an umbrella, beach chairs, a small tables and a buggy to make beach trips easier. It also had boogie boards and sand castle toys to enjoy on the beach instead of spending vacation money on toys you’ll only use for the week. There was a roku so we hooked our Amazon account to it and rented movies. I would stay here again. Also — we walked to dinner at pompano joes; it’s that close. We loved it here and will miss our little vacation condo."

"We just got back from a 5 night stay and we loved it! The site is in walking distance to the beach which is great and the site has items such as a cart, coolers and toys for kids to use at the beach. The only negatives that I can say is that if you get a bottom floor condo the people above you will sound like horses moving around. Also, that people don’t go by the rules of not bringing pets in the court yard around the pool. So I would make sure kids wear shoes. Those things will not change our mind of staying again!"

"We staid in late April. This place was very quiet and relaxing. I love how cozy it was. There was plenty of extra beach towel’s, toys, wagon, lawn chairs and plenty of extra blankets.
If you not an animal person like myself this is the place for you. No pets were allowed. Other than the owners that were like three doors down from us. Who have a dog out at all times. They also like to hover and watch your every move. No big deal just can be a bit awkward at times.
This place was very tidy and clean. I would recommend some sort of dust mop.
All together we enjoyed our stay and the location being a block back was nice."

"This was perfect for our short beach vacation! The space was exactly as described and pictured. The Walk to the beach wasn’t bad (especially with the wagon they provide). You can hear the people upstairs walking around, but that is no fault of the owners and wasn’t much of an issue. Will definitely stay again!"
