"Easy beach access! - We had a great stay and are planning on booking again ASAP! We loved the balcony and the decor of the condo! Plenty of room for the 5 of us and loved each bedroom having their own bathroom! There was plenty of storage space in the mast bedroom/bath but limited space in the full size bed bedroom as the closet was filled with renovation materials. There was not even a place to lay out clothing or a suitcase. The bedroom with twins bed had closets but one was also filled with renovation materials. It did have a dresser but the inside of the dresser was dirty so we did not use it. It was also missing a knob, which obviously very little impacted the function but looked tacky. We noticed that materials (paint cans and such) were placed in each closet, while we appreciate and understand the importance of updating/repairing, it seemed like it could have been condensed to give guests more storage space and help with the tidy esthetic. I would recommend replacing the front door mat and ensuring cleaning staff sweeps by the door prior to guests arrival. It was faded and obviously had not been cleaned for awhile therefore we tracked dirt into the condo immediately. First impressions are everything and as soon as i saw the mat was leary of the cleanliness of the condo. Overall, it was clean and we felt comfortable. Very easy access to the beach and was convenient to quickly run back to the condo. Parking was nice since it was covered. Thank you so much, we will be back!!"

"Spring Break - We had an amazing time in Florida. The condo is just like the picture very beachy and airy. Very comfortable beds and updated appliances in the kitchen. The beach is so close to the unit. The condo is also an end-unit, so it has more windows giving us great views of the water. It really was the perfect location. There were a few problems, though. The first being the Internet. It didn’t work from day one and despite someone coming out twice to look at and replacing the router, it still didn’t function consistently. It worked on an unsecured network for a day but then kicked us off again. Real Joy’s solution was to use the Wi-Fi in the unit directly above us, which work well in the master bedroom and the living room but was out of range of the two bedrooms near the front of the condo where our kids were. The second problem was the smoke detectors. At one point they started just going off. They’re all connected throughout the condo and when one starts they all alarm. It did this for a couple minutes then stopped then repeated two more times within an hour. I took the batteries out but then they just chirped so I remove them from the wall completely. This was at 11 o’clock at night. The emergency people were very receptive and someone came out to take care of this but they’re plan was to do what I already did, remove them from the wall.Someone came the next morning with fresh batteries and reconnected the smoke detectors. However, later that day they did the same thing so I just remove them from the wall completely. Despite these two things, it was an excellent stay. I would recommend this place and if we ever visit Okaloosa Island again, Sea Dunes 204 will be our home."

"Absolutely Perfect - The condo was very clean and well decorated. There was no noise whatsoever and the bedrooms were also individually quiet so that my wife could sleep in. Every appliance was in great working order. There was nothing that we needed. It was a quick and easy check in and out procedure. It was off season which meant that umbrella and chair service was not available, but the parking lot is underneath the condo's and so we just left ours in the SUV and as it turns out the parking lot is just steps away from the beach so setup was unbelievably short and easy. I have stayed with them before, now and will definitely stay with them again. The view was perfect. They have great policies to protect their property for you. The price was very reasonable especially split between two couples. Thank You for your professional and welcoming service!!!"

"The condo was surface-clean but there was sand, debris on the floors and dirt swept under the furniture/beds and into corners. The tubs had some mold/mildew that we cleaned. The carpet is old, dirty and the carpet tacks are poking through and hurt...even after maintenance came and hammered them down. The microwave was missing the vent frame and the oven door came unscrewed upon upon opening but the repairman was there immediately and fixed it. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware but could use a pot holder. Towels and linens are no-frills bulk hotel-issue quality but clean. There are a lot of large artificial plants that are very dusty as are the lamp shades. We also bought some lightbulbs for bedside reading because the lights were very dim. The property probably just needs a close inspection and follow up with the cleaning crew. Some renters probably do not treat the condo well. It's a shame. The condo was much like the photos but with a little more wear and tear than presented. The facility had elevator and pool issues while we were there but were repaired. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay, loved the close proximity to the beach (my elderly parents were with us). The beach service was also great. Our 9-year-old would have liked a bigger pool since the gulf was closed to swimming for part of our stay due to rip tides."

"EXCELLENCE - I couldn't believe when we pulled up to the condo how clean and gorgeous it was. Having only 24 units, this condo is great for a wonderful beach time with no crowds. When we walked into the condo it was very clean and had everything as described in the photos. The kitchen is fully stocked and that was great because we love to cook and just enjoy the beach on our vacation. The view from the living room and kitchen is the best. Being on the 3rd floor (parking garage is first floor) it allowed us to see the beach and Gulf of Mexico from just sitting on the living room couch or from the kitchen. My mom doesn't like the heat so the balcony was great for her to sit and be able to see us. The owners must take excellent care of this condo because it is very well maintained. Everything looks new and we loved that it was such a pleasant place to spend our beach vacation.
One of the great things about the location is that it is not in the middle of all the traffic that you get in Destin. It is only 10-15 minutes to Destin, but you don't have to deal with all the traffic everyday staying at this condo. The Publix grocery is about 7 minutes away and there is a Tom Thumb right in front of the condo if you need something quick. If you want a great vacation stay at Sea Dunes 204 and you won't be dissappointed!:)"

"WOW what a Beatiful Condo - We had an excellent stay at this condo with friends. This condo is very clean and well maintained. You can tell these owners really keep up their condo and take special care to ensure the guests visiting a luxury vacation. The hardwood floors in the master bedroom are a wonderful touch. The other bedrooms carpet and porcelain tile in living/kitchen must me new as well. Being on the 2nd floor is a big plus. You can get to see the beach and gulf right from the kitchen and living room. The view is breathtaking and the sound of the ocean is very relaxing. Previous review was not favorable, but our group couldn't find anything dirty or anything else mentioned as a problem. Can't imagine this condo ever being rated anything other than 5 stars. We will definitely be back every year to enjoy this beautiful and spacious condo with its wonderful gulf front west end view of sunsets since it is a corner unit with large balcony. "BEST CONDO EVER! - Sea Dunes 204 is the nicest and most luxurious condo we have visited in the Fort Walton Beach, FL area. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths for our 2 families to have plenty of space. The views of this condo are unbelievable. You can watch the kids playing in the pool or on the beach right from the balcony. My grandmother loved this because she doesn’t like the sun and sand, so she was able to watch from the balcony. Having such a short distance to the beach is great for the kids and adults. If you need to get something you forgot it only takes minutes to go and get. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella makes it great because it is already set up in the morning you just have to go down and enjoy the beach time. The beach is never over crowded, so it is great for the little ones to have fun without too much activity going on.
This condo is wonderfully decorated and has all the amenities you can ask for. We cook a lot and all the things you need are there to use for a great homemade meal. Even if you want to go out to eat or see any attractions it is really close and only a short drive. It is especially nice to have a Tom Thumb grocery in walking distance to get those things that you need really quick.
You can see that the owners keep all the accommodations up to date and the condo is kept very clean. I am glad we chose a condo that is kept in such great condition. All the decorations and furniture are of great quality. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed all of us to have our own space. The master bedroom has a wonderful view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. I had friends stay a floor above us and all you could see is the water. Sea Dunes 204 allows you to see the beach and the water lying in bed, watching tv in the living room or in the kitchen. Which is great! You always feel the beach setting even when you’re inside.
I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay on the beach in Florida. It was a great choice for us and we will be coming back for years to come in the future. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Fishing from the beach was great. All the wild life was absolutely incredible! We witnessed pelicans diving for fish and dolphins swimming not far from shore (three days) and even saw a stingray! The beach was pristine and quiet! We loved the hot tub pool side so my hubby and I could relax while watching the kids swim!
The neighbors were very friendly and my kids made some new friends!

All I kept saying when we checked in was.."I love it, I love it, I love it"!!! The condo is decorated beautifully, so comfortable, spacious with all the amenities you could need and more. Proximity to the beach, pool and parking is ultra convenient and Linda is a pleasure to work with. We definitely hope to return. "

"Awesome - This condo was great. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend, and it was the perfect vacation (except for our drive back home which was absolutely awful because of traffic). It was spacious, clean, updated furniture and appliances (including washer and dryer), elevator (a huge plus for us because of hauling stuff for two little kids), trash chute (which was awesome because I didn't have to take dirty diapers all the way down to the dumpster), and the balcony was AMAZING. There was new patio furniture and plenty of space out there. The only complaint was that there was no toilet paper anywhere when we arrived at 1am...but we made do and know better for next time:) We will definitely return. We are already plotting to reserve it for a week this coming summer! Fort Walton Beach is the best place to stay in the Destin area. It's more quiet and relaxing, but close to all the excitement. Don't hesitate to rent this condo!"

"Dolphins, Sunsets, VIEWS- oh my!!!! - 11/5/11 - 11/11/11. Do we have to go home? 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms were a must for our family and friends The proximity of your corner condo for panoramic ocean VIEWS and to watch the grandkids in the pool must be, we think, the best of the property. Covered parking was a plus. Super serene, clean, beautiful, and comfortable decor. Very relaxing after daily runs on the beach and kayaks in the ocean (which goes on forever). The elevator, pool, hot tub, and all appliances worked superbly. Especially liked the BBQ area where the guys get together over brews, meat, and fishing stories. The VIEW was magnificent with red and pink sunrises and sunsets every day over the water- WOW!!! We saw dolphins every morning, the Blue Angels show Friday, and watched the International Space Station when it was in the night sky with unbelievable unobstructed VIEWS. . "Mike and Jenny , February 2011 - Great condo and location.Numerous things to do and see in the area . Lots of dinning location for all types of food. Condo has great view of the beach and water. Weather was a little cool and cloudy the first week , but got better as the days went by. Owners are great to deal with. Would like to return again someday."

"Relaxing Time - As I walked in the door the condo was just as the website showed. Mrs. Linda was very helpful through out the planning of the trip. You know as you sit and look out at the ocean man has learn to control many things but the ocean he will never be able too. My God is in control, to me the water reminds me of life because as the waves come in we have our ups and downs but we can always find peace in the Lord. "Our Florida Vacation - The condo is everything described and much more. The is by far the best condo I've stayed in and I've been vacationing in this area for 30 years. I would highly recommend this property. The condo is so roomy. We had 5 people in the 3 bedroom unit and there was plenty of room for all. The 3 baths are very nice too. I loved the view from the master bedroom of the gulf. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home with us and the many others who have enjoyed staying!"

"Awesome Vacation!!! - 6/12/10 - 6/19/10. We just returned from our trip to your beautiful condo. The condo was lovely. The view was spectacular.
I saw dolphins every morning while I was on the balcony drinking my morning coffee. The ocean & beaches were beautiful!
I was concerned about making the trip due to the oil spill crisis. I am glad I did not change my plans. The weather was beautiful. We had rain on Wednesday that brought in some tarballs that day only. We went to the Air Force Museum that day.
The beach was clean when we went out Thursday morning. DON'T BE AFRAID TO GO. YOU WON'T BE DISSAPPOINTED.
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book again.

over 25 years and this is the best for sure! The view of the beach from the deck
and master suite is drop dead gorgeous! The condo is immaculate inside and out!
The romantic master suite and bath are to die for. The interior design and
colors are very upscale and soothing. This is the place to relax, enjoy, and
leave all your cares behind you. Close to everything, shopping, food, and entertainment. Okaloosa Island is the best for quiet relaxed time on the beach.
The dolphins were such a treat to watch swim by from the balcony. Everything
was perfect! The communication with the owner and management was just great, we
couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this condo for your beach trip to the
Destin area. It gets a 5 star rating out of 5 stars!!!!

"This is a beautiful condo... - This is a beautiful condo. My family stayed here during Spring Break and the weather was great,we had a blast. We like don't like high rises so this was a perfect place to stay. It was located close enough to activites and far enough out to be removed from all the hustle and bustle.
