Sea-Esta is a fully updated 5 bedroom, 3 bath home just steps to the beach in Miramar Beach. With a sparkling, private pool in the fenced in back yard, you may have a hard time leaving the house! There are separate quarters on each floor: the first floor consists of a living area, kitchenette, two bedrooms and one bathroom; the second floor is accessed by an exterior staircase and has the main living area, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both levels open up to gorgeous views of the pool from the back balcony and porch. You’ll be in a prime location, close to popular beachfront restaurants and right across Hwy 98 from Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Chill on the beach all day or soak up the sun at your own private pool- the pool deck has a gas grill, lounge chairs, and lots of seating! Bring your friends and family and see why Sea-Esta will become your next beach vacation tradition! Please note that the garage is not available for guest use and is locked.

Sea-Esta is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nations large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Beach was waking distance, Dollar General and Alvin’s Island was at the entrance of the street, you could walk to them or take very short ride.
The house itself was set up perfectly for us, one family stayed downstairs, and the other (us) upstairs.
Days we didn’t want to go to the beach we hung out by the pool.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back."
