There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. *LOW Monthly Winter Rates * Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $2400 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Westwinds is a beachfront hi-rise condominium complex with 21 floors located in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The property's accommodations include traditional floor plans for 1-,2-and 3-bedroom units to tailor fit your vacation group's sleeping needs. Each unit has a spacious balcony and many with Gulf-views. The Westwinds tower offers guests gated parking, secured building access, four elevators, a 2-story lobby area with four elevators, lush landscaping, a lagoon-style pool with a multistory waterfall, hot tub, snack and tiki bar, kiddie pool and a poolside fitness center overlooking the gulf and pool. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs.
