Condo wasn't well stocked.
Only 2 hand towels for the kitchen.
Had 2 bathrooms (great), but only half roll of toilet paper in each. When the condo sleeps 8, you would think you would at least leave a full roll in each bathroom."

"This condo was definitely what we expected!! Great location and the balconies on each side made the room feel like your literally sitting on the beach. You walk out on the street side balcony and can hear live music in the evenings from AJ's and you don't even have to leave the room. Very centrally located to many places on and off the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back to visit soon!!!"

"The Location is great, the room has 2 balconies, one is giving the city view and one is the ocean view. Check in is very smooth and the room has some kitchen equipments which is a plus. Just one negative is you can only get 2 parking tickets per unit. We came in with 3 cars and I was lucky to be able to request an extra ticket since the building still has many empty parking space."

"First family vacation to Florida - This condo was just right for my family of 4 and my brother's family of 4. We had enough space and privacy. It was clean, it had everything we needed for our stay. It was quite, we could not hear our neighbors.
My kids said it felt like they were at home.
The only recommendation I have, is to install some kind of shades for the sliding doors, and master bedroom, because the beautiful Florida Sun does shine very bright in the morning, waking everybody up early. Which was ok with the adults, not so much with the kids. Everything is close by, walk to the beach, which was the best part, short drive everywhere else.
On the way home we stayed in a hotel overnight, and my son said "I liked the condo better".
Our overall experience was great. We are make plans to stay here again next year. Thank you Sea Oats and Real Joy for making our vacation worry free."
