This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 7th floor is perfect for families and small groups wanting elbow room and convenience while on vacation. This spacious condo features a large wrap-around balcony, living and dining room areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer for your convenience!
The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath. There is a queen bed in the first guest bedroom and two twins in the 2nd guest room. With a sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit sleeps 8.

Condo wasn't well stocked.
Only 2 hand towels for the kitchen.
Had 2 bathrooms (great), but only half roll of toilet paper in each. When the condo sleeps 8, you would think you would at least leave a full roll in each bathroom."

"This condo was definitely what we expected!! Great location and the balconies on each side made the room feel like your literally sitting on the beach. You walk out on the street side balcony and can hear live music in the evenings from AJ's and you don't even have to leave the room. Very centrally located to many places on and off the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back to visit soon!!!"

"The Location is great, the room has 2 balconies, one is giving the city view and one is the ocean view. Check in is very smooth and the room has some kitchen equipments which is a plus. Just one negative is you can only get 2 parking tickets per unit. We came in with 3 cars and I was lucky to be able to request an extra ticket since the building still has many empty parking space."
