Step onto the front porch and let the warmth of the fire table embrace you as you bask in the enchanting night breeze and soak up the sun-drenched days. The kitchen, boasting gleaming stainless steel appliances and a gas stove, stands ready to inspire your culinary adventures. Ascend to the second floor, where the master bedroom awaits, offering a California king bed and an ensuite bath adorned with a stand-up shower and a blissful soaking tub. On the first floor, discover two cozy guest rooms - one with a king bed and its very own ensuite bathroom, and another featuring two Twin XL beds along with a twin over twin bunk bed nestled in the hallway. Need extra space? Rest easy knowing a sleeper sofa is ready to accommodate in the living room. Embrace the resort's offerings as you explore the two inviting community pools, unwind in the soothing hot tub, stay active in the well-equipped fitness center, and enjoy friendly matches on the tennis and basketball courts. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33-acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Maravilla Resort has family-oriented vacation rentals. It is a relaxed resort community, and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Maravilla Cottages within Maravilla Resort offer guests privacy and space, while still allowing access to the fabulous amenities. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool at Maravilla Resort. Plus, another large pool is located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun! You will also love the tennis courts, basketball courts, and the shuffleboard area. Please note that renters cannot drive golf carts in the Maravilla community.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers a number of boutiques and dining options.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
