This condominium features a beachside outdoor pool with sundeck, an indoor climatically controlled pool, a meeting room that can be reserved by guests, a fitness room, as well as basketball, tennis, and shuffleboard courts. Located adjacent to the Emerald Promenade Beach Walk Park, you can enjoy 2 miles of sidewalk for walking and biking plus a grilling area. There is ample parking, limited covered and some reserved.
