This adorable two story cottage offers a bright, open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen featuring new stainless steel appliances. With a king in each bedroom on the second floor, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room on the first floor, this lovely cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. There is also a half-bath which includes a linen closet with a stackable washer/dryer for additional convenience. Chase the sunset from the balcony, which you can access from either bedroom and you will love having the pool just steps away. *LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $2050 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. *Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.*

Bungalows at Seagrove is a planned bungalow community of 56 individual 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath homes in Seagrove Beach, less than 2 miles east of Seaside, on Highway 30-A. It is walking distance to bike, golf cart, kayak rentals and stores to purchase beach essentials. If you forgot or need something it is a 4 minute walk to Tom Thumb Convenience Store. You can also walk to Goatfeathers Seafood Market for their fresh seafood, steamed shrimp, smoked tuna dip and more. This well appointed planned community is within walking distance of the beach and includes 2 pools, a hot tub, masterfully landscaped grounds with an adjoining lake, abundant parking spaces, and sidewalks, with numerous wooden walk bridges.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs.
