"Loved our stay and would return to this house and area. We traveled from out of state and it would have been nice if beach towels, cooler and maybe a few chairs were available for use during the stay to use at the beach but otherwise the house was fantastic. Host is very responsive and the house is as described."

"Best time!! - We were here with a group of friends. The location and community were great, we loved the close access to the beach. We rented a golf cart to get around but we’re impressed that we could fit 3 cars in the driveway and the cart. The house is adorable and we had so much fun!!"

"This is a lovely home that’s been fully updated and set in a quaint neighborhood. Easy to get to and close to grocery and various restaurants. Getting to the beach is a little cumbersome but doable. Would stay there again."

"Absolutely beautiful home, the online photos don’t begin to do it justice. Kitchen fully stocked with all cookware, dishes, a Keurig and the ice machine was a surprise bonus! Plenty of parking space, room for 3 trucks or mini-vans though we just had 2 cars. Loved the shower on the side of the house to clean off before going in. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, new home construction on several lots though we didn’t hear a peep. Went to the beach early each day and to the neighborhood pool in the afternoons. We had the entire pool to ourselves every time. For beach access, we read a review where one family loaded up the van each day, dropped everyone at the beach, one person drove back home, jumped on a bike & rode back to the beach…so that’s what we did and it worked perfectly!"

"Family Vacation Seagrove Beach - Enjoyed our end of summer trip with our adult children and almost 2 yr old granddaughter. Very clean house in a very cute neighborhood. The master on the first floor was great for our daughter, her husband and baby. The pool was very convenient. We enjoyed bike riding everywhere including the Coffee Bean Co. Guests should know it is a trek to the beach access, we used the East Lake Access. Plan to use your bikes or get a golf cart. Either way, have fun and enjoy this beautiful property."

"Beautifully decorated beach house that had plenty of room for our family of 7. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the towels were new, the kitchen was stocked, and it was also very easy access to two great areas on the beach. The rental company stayed in good communication with us and delivered us a couple of things that we needed, quickly. The 4 bikes were well maintained and our golf cart rental was delivered to our front door. The pool was very clean and pretty and seemed heated, and was only a block away from the house. Overall very satisfied with this rental."

"This was a great house for our family vaca. Quiet neighborhood & great location to other towns on 30A. Beach is a little bit of a haul if you’re bringing kids, bags coolers, etc. We rented a golf cart and it was a life saver to get to public beach access. Both master bedrooms were great. Parking was a little tight but we maneuvered it ok. Pool was never too crowded. Door keypad malfunctioned while we were there but RealJoy was responsive and came and fixed it same day. Make sure to bring supplies like garbage bags, TP, etc. Its always nice when house supplies some but we had to run and get all that. All in all tho, really enjoyable and comfortable stay & i’d recommend!"

"Great property and location! Everything just as expected. The four provided bikes were much appreciated and made the trip for us. Beach was close enough to load up the car and take the family, drop them off, then go back to the house and ride a bike back. Worked out perfectly! Perfect distance between The Hub and Seaside for easy dinner options.

"RealJoy is the best to holiday with. This is our best experience ever. A clean lovely house. Very responsive with questions, we had issues with the internet - I am sure they will sort it soon. We didn’t need the internet that much as we were out most of the time. Just an amazing week. I would book a thousand times over with them."

Perfect location…close to all the 30A hot spots while still having a quiet neighborhood feel. Super close to the beautiful pool area as well.
Also, they note there is construction happening, but we never heard a peep!
Kitchen is well stocked (I cook almost every meal).
PLENTY of space for everyone to have room and never feel crowded.

"Great house in quiet neighborhood, 5 min bike ride to the beach - We were very happy with this house. We usually stay closer to the beach but $$$. While it was marginally less convenient to bike (5 min) or walk (15 min) to get to the beach, the house and neighborhood made up for it! Places closer to the beach are always loud, so we loved how quiet and peaceful this neighborhood was. The pool was great too, and only a few steps out the front door. Definitely recommend!"

"Loved the house. Sparkling clean. Beautiful. Well supplied kitchen. Bikes were so wonderful to have. Closest beach access 0.9 miles away-- but we liked paying $3/car for day access to Deer Lake State Park and $5 for Grayton Beach State Park even more due to the loveliness of dunes and limited crowds. Bonzinni's Pizza was our favorite but we also enjoyed riding to Buddy's Seafood Market for dinner, Kahve and Cream for banana pudding ice cream, Beachy Bean for breakfast, Old Florida Fish House for early dinner, Seagrove Market for fried seafood, and Great Southern Cafe for take-out picnic lunch. We also drove to The Hub for meals and snacks. The house is so nicely located to be away from crowds but close enough to enjoy. We also enjoyed the nursery down the street. We found that the beach in the morning with the neighborhood pool in the early afternoon gave us the most distance from the crowds. The house does have a large construction project immediately behind the house-- which looks like it will be months more of work-- which did make the house loud during the day-- which might be an issue for families needing children to nap during the day-- but not terrible as long as you don't mind getting up early to enjoy the beach to yourself! A great house."

"This house was beautiful and so comfortable! It was very clean and tidy. It is a 30 sec walk across the street to the pool (water was pretty cold but it didn't stop the kids from swimming) It is a perfect fit for a two family vacation being that it has 2 master rooms and plenty of sleeping space for the kids. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook breakfast before spending our days out and about. There is a publix grocery store about 5min car ride away from the house. The beach was clean and filled with so many nice and friendly people. We saw dolphins from the shore and even caught a jelly fish. We came prepared with our own umbrella and chairs but some sections of the public beach do offer daily rentals of those things. We loved our stay and can't wait to return."

"Fun house for a family - We rented this home for our annual family trip. The house is very nice & has a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the pool set up. The beach access points were a bit further than we prefer but absolutely manageable. The only drawback is parking. We could not find any visitor spots within the neighborhood for our extra vehicle."
