This gorgeous house features coastal décor, whitewashed hardwood floors throughout, and an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Enjoy games around the table or relax in the comfortable living area. There are TWO king master suites, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a bunk room with a twin bunkbed and a twin bed, sleeping up to 9 guests comfortably! Relax on the shaded porch and balcony, or ride one of the 4 bikes over to the community pool. With beach access close by, you’ll have everything you need for the perfect beach vacation at Seagrove Seaclusion at 30A!

February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. *Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.**

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey.  Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.  

30A has some of the world’s best beaches with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
