With beach access only 0.4 miles away and just 1 mile from Seaside, you are right in the heart of all things 30A! Seagrove Serenity features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. There’s a King bedroom on the 1st floor w/ en suite bathroom. Upstairs, the King Master has a large private balcony and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks, both with en suite bathrooms. The main living area on the 1st floor has a spectacular modern design featuring hardwood floors, 10ft floor to ceiling shiplap, Bosch kitchen appliances and lavish quartz counter tops. It’s not difficult to see why guests come to Seagrove Serenity year after year!

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. There were plenty of linens , extra pillows and throws which made it really cozy. We were unable to use the living room tv after the first night but it was promptly replaced. All correspondence with management was immediately answered. I would definitely rent this house again! "The perfect house - My husband and I stayed here with our three kids for spring break, and it was our first time visiting the area. Needless to say, we fell in love and will be back time and time again! The home was perfectly set up for us. The kids loved swimming in the pools and we just lounged around all week. The beach is an easy walk, about a ten minutes, and we found that was better than driving and finding a parking spot. The house was so clean and beautiful, and the whole area is a dream. We never wanted to leave!!"

"I’m picky and this home exceeded my expectations. - This home was one of the best we have ever stayed. We stayed with another couple and had a wonderful time. The house is located in a gated community nestled among tall trees. The driveway is hidden a bit on the left just before the cul de sac and the home is tucked back from the road. A few noteworthy things: The home was very clean and pleasantly decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans to cook our meals and dishes/cups/bowls/utensils to eat at home. If you want to make coffee, you’ll need to buy filters because there isn’t a reusable filter. There were no leftover salt & pepper shakers, condiments, etc from previous guests that are sometimes found in vacation rentals. I’m assuming this is because of Covid but I actually really loved this. It didn’t feel like we were inheriting someone’s leftovers. There is a Blue Ray player in the living room. The large screened balcony off the dining room is clean and has a nice grill. The screened balcony off the master bedroom has outdoor furniture that is clean and comfy. There are ample sheets and blankets for the beds. There are also hangers (wire and plastic) in the closets. We had packaged soaps and shampoo/conditioner bottles in the bathrooms. A very small dish-soap bottle was at the kitchen sink and lasted through the week. Location: Within 2 minutes by car and a mile by foot is the town of Seaside and the beach. You’ll find clothing/shoe stores, a small unique grocery store (Módica Market), and restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was Great Southern. Along the street is a row of airstream food trailers. Wild Bill’s Beach Dogs (organic) was delicious. Across the street from the food trailers are additional food options as well as shops. If you walk a few more steps, beyond the pyramid shaped pavilion, you’re at the beach! There are beach chairs at the house to use. Just two minutes away by car is a very nice Publix grocery store. And there is also a nice farmers market in Seaside on Saturday mornings. Next to Publix is Pizza By The Sea. The pizza is delicious and so is the meatball sandwich. There are bikes for rent around the area and nice biking trails along 30A. There are also golf cart rentals. Our favorite places for coffee nearby: Kahve & Cream located in Santa Rosa Beach and Black Bear Bread Co located in Grayton Beach. La Crema is an excellent tapas restaurant. There were many times I caught myself saying I’d love to live in this house. It’s that nice."
