"Great stay! - Great unit and location! Clean and newer appliances incl a fridge with a water dispenser. We left an umbrella, camp chair, and cooler backpack in the hall closet. And left packets of salt, sugar, sweetener in one of the cabinets. Salt, pepper, coffee filters were provided. Bring foil, zip lock bags, laundry detergent, and more body soap, if needed. There were a quite a few flying insects hanging around the porch so didn’t get to use it as much as we wanted. Had a great trip overall!"

"Beautiful Condo! - This condo is absolutely beautiful! It was extremely clean and all the decor was so pretty. My husband and I were amazed. I absolutely loved the bedroom furniture! The view of the lake was so relaxing and the walk to the beach was very short and easy! We brought a little wagon with us that made it even easier to transport our blankets, chairs, and food/drinks to the beach.
Very easy to check in and access the condo with the code we were given. No issues at all. Very easy and such a wonderful experience. Thank you!"

"Uncorked - We loved this condo! It was beautiful - very thoughtfully supplied - immaculate and the owners even left us a bottle of Champagne - we would stay there on any future visits to the Destin area. Also a great view for morning coffee and directly across from the pool - walking distance."

"The place was so clean and was in a quiet part of Miramar Beach. At night all the little frogs and lizards hung out out back but never tried to get inside. There were A LOT. But we thought that was cute. The beach is very close but not any grocery stores within walking distance. We flew in from NYC and decided to not rent a car so we ubered to Publix and got what we thought was all we needed for a typical Airbnb. The place didn’t have any laundry detergent or coffee filters. It did have dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and 1 extra of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash liners. Luckily we didn’t need to get extra paper supplies or trash bags but we definitely needed coffee filters and laundry detergent. We ordered off of Amazon and they delivered the packages to the locked mailbox instead of leaving them outside the door like we had asked. RealJoy was very kind and helpful and got the key to unlock the mailbox for us so we could have coffee and clean our clothes. Great place! 5 stars!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Uncorked! The condo was lovely--well decorated, had a nice, fully-stocked kitchen with great appliances, TVs everywhere! FYI, only one TV is a smart TV--the TV on the screened porch. The porch wasn't as usable as it could have been due to the weather--rain did blow into the porch, and even with the curtains closed, there is a small area that leaks inside of the curtains. Not a big deal to us, as we are more sleep-in people and less have our coffee on the porch while watching the sunrise people. I will say, the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable--luckily we did not have to use it. Loved having laundry in the condo--so convenient after spending the day at the beach or pool. The condo development has a great outdoor shower facility, so you don't bring all that sand home with you. We felt very safe and secure here--a lovely spot for a great beach getaway! Highly recommend!"

"Amazing getaway!! - My husband and I came here for a long weekend trip and had the best time! It was our first time in the Destin area in a while, but this condo and the location was perfect! The beach and pool are so close to the room, the screened in porch was great for morning coffee, and Whales Tail across the street was our favorite lunch spot! "Beautiful and very clean!! - Our first impression of this condo was how clean it appeared and smelled! The place looks nearly brand new. They had welcome music playing from the TVs as well :). Such a short walk to the beach with convenient food and drinks nearby. Make sure to try the frozen drinks on the beach at whales tale! The only hiccup was that I never received an email the day of to access the portal with the door access code and instructions. I had to call RealJoy. They answered and sent me an email immediately so it was no big deal.
**note** we were gifted beach chairs and a wagon and decided to pass them along for future guests! The chairs were left in the closet off the kitchen and the wagon is outside under the staircase! :)"

"Super-convenient condo, right across the parking area from a pool, less than 100 yards from the beach and the Whale Tail bar and restaurant. Condo was spotless, well-outfitted, music playing when we arrived, perfect for a couple. Easily walkable convenience stores. Terrific location!!
Condo is very comfortable, nice bed, lovely shower, tight but efficient kitchen ... a really wonderful place to get away but still be in the middle of things.
Previous guests had warned of minimal bed linens and upstairs noise, but we found the linens more than adequate (we brought our own and a blanket, but used neither). Yes, we could hear the pitter-patter of little feet and occasional thumps of bigger feet, but having lived in NYC apartments it was not a problem. A wobbly toilet seat was the only minor issue we saw.

"This was our third stay and again it didn’t disappoint. Truly an amazing location - This condo is always perfect. The ducks entertain the kids, they love to play by the pond, just a short few steps to the pool and the beach. Has everything you need for cooking and also supplies for the beach. Beautifully decorated and super super clean. I personally love to work puzzles out on the patio while watching Jaws. My husband loves to lounge on the patio couch while the kids look at the turtles. Such a great place to stay!!"

"Would absolutely rent again! - We absolutely loved this property and would rent it again if we go back to the same area of Florida. The property is finished so nicely and kept up so well. We loved the furnishings in the condo as well as the screened porch.
The location is perfect. We loved the convenience of being able to park right out front of the property so carrying luggage and groceries was a simple task. We walked to the beach multiple times a day. It is a convenient location to hop on Hwy 30A and explore the fun beach towns. I have only good things to say about this fantastic property."

"Overall, we had a great stay at the property. I wish we could’ve stayed for a whole week. It was beautifully decorated and updated. I was pleased with how clean the place was and I am very picky about cleanliness. The place matched the photos except the living room chair, couch, and rug were a little worn out in person. We also couldn’t get the sunroom TV to work but we enjoyed eating dinner on the screened porch. The walk to the beach was very short and easy, just a couple minutes. The Whale Tail restaurant was delicious, a little expensive for seafood, but super good. The beach traffic was heavy and the beach was crowded, but we managed to find a clearing each day to setup in. Our children loved the ducks each morning outside and the pool across from the condo was clean and good. It was an easy drive (10-15 min in traffic) to all other necessities- cheaper restaurants, shops, and grocery store. We used the free fun pass for 1 day of activity but would’ve been nice to be able to use them all on one day. The condo could’ve used some more kitchen supplies for cooking like tin foil, cooking oil, and simple spices and some beach equipment would’ve been nice like toys/chairs/umbrella. We had to purchase all of that. I would stay here again, and our first AirBnB experience was great!"

"Uncorked was simply incredible. My husband and I enjoyed our stay more than we thought we could. The location was perfect, we really enjoyed that it felt like "our own" since its not in a typical hotel type setting. The pond out back was so relaxing, especially in the morning to drink coffee and visit with the ducks! The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes, and very convenient. The decor was SOO super cute, and the condo was very clean.The community was quiet, and those around were friendly too. When we come back, we hope to stay here again. The only issue I had was not receiving the email that included check in instructions, which I was supposed to receive 30 minutes before check in. I had to call RealJoy to get the door code, and they were able to send over the information. So not too big of a deal. I highly recommend this place!!"
