"Travelers “Serenity” is the place we rented in Destin. It was very clean and accommodating. I have rented places where they have nick picked from the time we got there to the time we left, but not RealJoy, we only heard from them when we called and had no problem adhering to our needs. "Overall we had an amazing time there. - I like the location. Beautiful home. I loved the pool area. it was quiet neighborhood and friendly. Landscaping was beautiful and clean.
I didn’t like to see insects. Some of the furniture and mattress need to be updated. There wasn’t cable channels in some rooms. Tv in the kids room did not come on and no remote. It’s was half cleaned we saw caked on food on the side of the wall by the refrigerator."

"Vacation - Everything was great! The house was clean, great location and check in was easy! The only thing we had a problem with was the 2nd floor bathroom shower handle was broken. Other than that, I’d say everything else was perfect. Would recommend to friends and family ❤️"

"Good stay - The property, rental process, and stay were great. The shuttle van was nice with the exception of one driver who was grumpy. Called for the shuttle one morning near the end of a rain shower. The driver refused to pick us up and take us to the beach. Said most people don’t go to the beach in the rain so he didn’t work when raining. Also had a lady staff member at the pool who acted like a dictator. Witnessed an instance where a father was picking up his daughter out of the water while in the middle of the pool. The staff member came up and loudly blew her whistle and told him no horse play is allowed in the pool. Instead of politely getting the man’s attention she blew the whistle loudly. After that another father asked what was considered horse play. The staff member got rude with the man and never did answer his question."

"Great stay! - Our family had a great stay. The property was clean, well furnished and in a great location. The property management responded quickly when we had a few concerns. We were not able to grill on the day we planned due to propane gas tank for the gas grill being out. We got started then it went out—my niece and sister (who were doing the grilling), were disappointed about that because there had prepped everything for grilling for NBA game night. We ended up using the oven. Gas tank for grill was replaced next day since was evening when we realized it was out. Other than this, our stay was very pleasant. Our family enjoyed the neighborhood pool and jacuzzi! I would like to suggest recycle bin be available on this property. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable."

"Our family enjoys every single day at this house.
1. House is clean. Amenity is plentiful. Driveway is good for 2 cars, or if you have compact cars, good for 3.
2. Pool is great. Hot tub is definitely a plus.
3. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Gated community is nice.
4. Beautiful sandy Destin beach is within walking distance, just 2 blocks away.
5. Calls and text messages are replied promptly. I really appreciate your wonderful CS.

"Nice large house! - The house is new, clean and well furnished. It is about 10 min walk to the beach. Whole food is cross the street. You can park up to 3 cars in front of the house.
The communication with the manager can be improved. 1) they sent me wrong address in the email. Although the address was correct in the portal, we didn’t realize the manager gave us wrong address before we arrived the wrong address. 2) in the emails the manager sent us, it keep warning that ‘if you don’t sign the contract, you will not receive the key code on the they you arrive’. We signed contract long time ago,. Such information in the email looks like reminding us to sign the contract. Very misleading!"
