This beachfront condo sleeps up to 6 guests with a king in the master bedroom, twin bunkbed in the hallway, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. With two bathrooms, there is enough room for everyone to vacation comfortably. The bright white kitchen features stainless steel appliances and gorgeous countertops. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit for additional convenience. Seychelles has two beachfront pools for you to relax by as an alternative to the sandy shore. "The condo was cute and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. There were even beach chairs there for our use. There were some minor maintenance issues but they were addressed immediately… host was very responsive. View was beautiful! Condo and host were fantastic. The building was very busy and loud. Perhaps it was an unusually busy week… but we couldn’t sit on the balcony without smelling someone else’s weed or cigarette smoke. The pool/hot tub was overcrowded, the beach was packed. Because the building only heats one pool… everyone was crammed into the one pool. Not the fault of the host but will probably keep me from returning to this location."

"My boyfriend and I had the perfect weekend getaway! We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. The beach is steps away. Two big beautiful pools. We were so grateful for the smart tv as the hurricane was coming in, we watched tons of moves on the cozy couch. Lots of kitchen equipment if you like to cook your own foods! Tons of restaurants around if not. The bed was comfortable! Only downside was the condo is next to the elevators, so you do hear those. (I sleep with a noise machine so it wasn’t a bother.)"

"Great stay! - The condo was updated, clean, and in a good location. The unit is next to the bowels of the elevator so if you are a light sleeper you might want to bring ear plugs. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bedroom does have carpet which threw me off a little, but I’m super picky about germs. Steps from the beach away from the traffic of the Pier Park area. "Clean and Cozy - Great stay! The condo was clean and very cozy. It had everything needed in the kitchen for cooking, blankets for watching a movie on the couch, games, a breathtaking view of the ocean with amazing sunsets from the balcony, etc. Schooners next door has great food and customer service so that was a plus. A short 15 minute or so drive to Pier Park and all the shopping and restaurants you can think of. The covered parking and elevators came in handy when it rained. We did not use the pool or hot tub but others were enjoying it. Bed slept great as well. You can't go wrong with this one folks!"

"Beautiful views, great location - The condo was beautiful, comfy, and had amazing views. Several mornings we saw dolphins and one morning we saw a small shark! It had everything we needed for a great stay. My only 2 complaints is 1) that there was no info given for our “Fun Pass” that was included with our stay. It gave us 1 free admission per day to several different places. When we asked at the places included like Gulf World, they had no idea what we were talking about. I had to contact a rep from RealJoy and then they gave me a number to call to get the fun pass info. Really wish all of that had been included in the welcome papers at the condo so we could have used them more during our stay. I had forgotten about the fun pass till 2 days before we left and it took almost a full day for someone from RealJoy to give me the info I needed. 2) they advertise 2 pools and hot tubs, however 1 of the hot tubs had a “no entry” sign the entire time, and one of the pools was not heated. So everyone was overcrowded into the 1 working hot tub and 1 heated pool since the ocean was still very chilly. 2 of the days we were there the heated pool was out of order for several hours as well. There was also a day that the sand wash off stations weren’t working. However, overall it was a lovely place and we would stay again!"
