This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 1.5 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from!
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The pool is a short walk, but a heads up, there is a decent size hill you have to walk up, which might not work for older folks. The pool was a nice size with plenty of seating. It was nice to sit around the fire pit when the kids wanted to swim at night. When you need a break from the sun there is comfy seating under the shade structure. Make sure to have your wrist bands, they do check for them.
The house has 4 bikes and there is a place up the road you can rent more if you need them. This house does not come with a golf cart and I would highly recommend renting one, it will make getting to the beach and local restaurants much easier.
All in all, this was a great rental and a great location, I would highly recommend it to any family looking for a nice getaway."

Great pool and pavilion. Clean and fantastic kitchen. Highly recommend this vacation home for your family. They even had bikes for our family to ride!
