"Pleasant stay! - What a comfortable stay! Loved the location and beach view. My kiddos enjoyed the heated pool quite a bit as the ocean was a little cold. The chair service on the beach was great too. I learned some owners pay for chair service as part of their renters stay however this one didn’t. It was worth it for me to do it for a day but at a steep price. Would certainly stay here again. Only woke up one day at both 8:30am because of the construction but other than that it didn’t bother us at all."

It was unfortunate that we didn't get to use our balcony because the view was stunning and weather was perfect!! There was plenty of parking close to our unit, and the beach was easily accessible and not the least bit crowded.

"Our destin stay was beautiful! The inside was recently updated per the listing. And the updates were beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and things were never even thought we would need but great to know for a future stay. Great bunk bed set up for a family with young children. Loved the free beach chair and umbrella set up, the workers were extremely nice, and had our spot ready each day, we also enjoyed renting the paddle boards down at the beach each day for a small fee. We are already planning our next visit with more family members next year! Great space!"

"Great location, clean, nice - We had a great stay. It was a very quick walk from the condo to the beach, which was really helpful with small kids in tow. The condo is clean and equipped with everything you need. The kids loved the arcade table and bunk beds. The building was undergoing construction and our balcony was closed, but it was never noisy and we did fine without a balcony. The water pressure in the showers was extremely low, which was disappointing. Other than that, we were very pleased!"

"Great Condo - Condo was perfect! Great location and beautiful. The check in was off to a rocky start because we were told we didn't have a reservation. "Beautiful, close to beach. - Loved everything about this property including space & proximity to the beach. There is a lot of construction going on outside which was not advertised; however, condo is pretty sound proof so it didn’t bother us much."

"We have enjoyed our stay during Xmas and New Year holidays. During that week the pool was heated. The pool has 8’ depth at one end and allows diving. The water in Gulf of Mexico was not badly cold so we could dip in strong waves but not swim there.
One difference from satellite photos is that one tennis court is converted to 3 Pickleball courts and there are mobile nets for them. We are looking forward to come back and spend more time here."

"Great place close to the beach - Pictures in listing are spot on - the views from this unit are beautiful! Very short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked for guests who would rather eat in instead of dining out. Good to know before you go - pack your own beach towels, k-cups or coffee/filters, garbage bags, laundry pods & dryer sheets as well as hair dryer. Target, Winn Dixie, Walgreens & touristy beach shop are all very close by if you need to run out for any grocery or personal items. Would definitely stay here again for future trips to Destin :)"

"Hooray for the Owner - I have been in a lot of properties and this was by far the best! First time ever that the pictures were not a huge overstatement. If anything they don't do it justice. First off beautiful location. You can see the ocean from all windows. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and even things you didn't think you needed but ended up using. Most importantly the details that this owner really gets is what made the stay so comfortable. From the storage containers for your left overs, lots of throw covers, games galore, seating for everyone, clean upgrades to the paint and floors, updated appliances, washer dryer, nice balcony, modern but classic beach feel and the list goes on. Located on the bottom level right above the boardwalk to the beach. They even added a touch for guests to leave their mark and thank you for the welcome gift :). I can't say enough. Great experience and will definitely add this to my list of properties to visit again."

"Best of the best - After searching many vacation properties, I found this gem and couldn't be more pleased with my stay. This property was exactly as described, clean, the rental company was easy to work with, and the location was right where it was portrayed. A few years ago, I booked a vacation that showed a lovely view from the balcony, unfortunately I was disappointed at my arrival because the "view" was a small sliver of what I was led to believe the property had.
Not this place! It's gorgeous floor to ceiling views in both bedrooms and living room made even the rainy days enjoyable because we could watch the giant waves. My family was thrilled from the moment we walked in, and terribly sad when we had to leave. If you are reading this review, please take my word and know that you absolutely will NOT regret staying here. This place is amazing inside and out!!!

"Spring break Re-Do 2020 - We originally scheduled our trip for spring break but had to reschedule due to the pandemic. I’m so glad we fit this vacation in before the end of this year! My family of 6 along with my 2 parents enjoyed every second of this vacation, from watching the sunrise on our balcony, To finding sharks teeth on the beach, renting a pontoon boat with slides, sand castle lessons and finishing the day watching the sun set on the beach! The condo was updated, clean and had tons of kitchen supplies so we were able to prepare many meals in the room! We spent every afternoon on the beach, swimming and collecting shells. It was relaxing! One of the best family vacations we have had! We will be back!"

"Great week away here!! Beautiful. - This condo was perfect, the view along with balcony furniture was amazing. We watched dolphins nearly every morning!! The space inside was roomy, comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with everything. We go to Destin once a yr and this was the first place we would actually rent again as it checked all the boxes. We are not into crowded beaches so we drove to another location due to the amount of umbrellas that were set up, convenient for most but too crowded for our preference. That’s just a personal thing, but when the umbrellas were not there it made for a great short walk to the beach for a sunrise or sunset walk. I gave a 3 on property cleanliness b/c they were painting etc on our building which made for a little mess and extra noise, but nothing we couldn’t deal with. We know maintenance has to happen:). The owners of this condo really paid attention to detail and comfort which made our wk there worth it! Also, the beds were comfortable which isn’t always the case, we slept so good each night. We didn’t want to leave!! Location is convenient as well, close to everything! Overall this condo and location did not disappoint 👌�🏽�"

"Beautiful space, great service, very clean and right on the beach. We would definitely book this location again on our next trip. And quick tip, the bunkbeds are small. They just barely fit our 7 year old daughter. Any taller and it wouldn'thave worked. They're slightly bigger than a toddler bed so if you need all 8 sleeping spaces, just make sure 2 of them are small kids or hobbits. But despite the small beds, we loved it!"

"Wonderful 2025 - This condo was perfect!! Balcony looking st ocean, short walk to the beach to admire the beautiful emerald blue water!! The condo had comfortable beds and chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and even an easy washer and dryer . I loved that there was step stool for short people so the could see the buttons on the dryer. (Stacked full size washer and dryer) TV’s in every room was a nice touch for kids to play Xbox in one room, movies in another and parents watched their movie in another after a long day just chilling st the beach. I 100% recommend this condo!!! It is Excellent!!!! FYI we brought a queen size bed to put in the living room. We had 8 people, youngest was 12 but 5”3 and weighs about 180lbs. He slept in a bunk bed. There was plenty of room. ******* I give it 7 STARS!!!!! Thanks J & J"

"This place was spotless and almost perfect! - If you’re looking for a place to just pack up clothes and go this is it! Literally steps from the beach and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only flaws I would say is the beds are a little hard for a pregnant woman and don’t expect to get access to your room until right before 4 o clock.
