All units will be closed Aug. 21, 2023 – Oct. 20, 2023 for Window, Sliding Glass Door, & Enclosure Replacement

Occupants of all 3 towers may hear jack hammering/grinding during the work hours of 8-5. Nightly rates have been discounted to reflect these inconveniences. Please call if you’re concerned about dates that impact your stay, dates can change since they’re dependent upon weather.**

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids.
