The master bedroom offers a king bed with en suite, a bunk room which provides a twin-over-twin bunk, and an additional sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy the morning view while relaxing on your XL private balcony and curl up on the couch in the living room enjoying a movie after a long day on the beach. The chef will enjoy a fully equipped updated kitchen while you and the other guests unwind at the kitchen bar. For added convenience a washer and dryer are located within the condo. *LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $2300 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Rates are valid for the current Snowbird season only.
