Welcome to Shores of Panama 2127. This spectacular 21st floor, 1-bedroom 2-bathroom condo with a triple twin bunk is perfect for a small family vacation or private getaway. The master bedroom offers amazing gulf views from the king bed. A bunk room provides a triple twin over twin bunk, and an additional sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The kitchen offers those same amazing views all while the chef in your group whips up your favorite meal. There is an eat-at bar for four additional seats. Start your morning with coffee on the XL balcony and is perfect for lounging with your favorite beverage while you take in the evening sunsets while the living room is perfect for enjoying a movie on the flat-screen TV. *LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1600 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.

**Shores of Panama Resort charges a flat fee of $85 at check-in. This one-time charge will provide your party with pool wristbands and 1 parking pass. The fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA. **

**Be sure to pick up your Parking Passes and Wristbands from the Front Desk. **

Shores of Panama offers a wide variety of thrilling resort amenities for people of all ages to enjoy, including the largest lagoon pool and pool deck in North Florida, an indoor heated pool and multiple hot tubs. Grab a cool beverage at one of the two the tiki bars and lounge on the sundeck all afternoon. The onsite fitness facility is fully stocked with cardio and weight equipment, perfect for staying slim and trim during your beach vacation. Cruiser Bikes are now available for day rentals!
You will see their kiosk setup in the portico on the West side.
Day Rentals are $20 for 3 hours or $30 for the day to return by 6pm. Day Rentals will ensure more guests have access to the bicycles, and enhance safety with no riding at night. All bikes have a comfy seat, and most have a basket or cup holder. Helmet and lock are included with each rental. Follow These Rental Instructions: Visit the kiosk, scan the QR Code, input your information, pay, get a bike lock code on your phone, grab a helmet, walk your bike out of the parking garage, ride safely, when finished: walk your bike into the parking garage, scan a different QR Code to return your bike, and park it so it can be readied for the next rider.
