This beautiful 1BR/2BA condo features a large balcony and a fully equipped kitchen and water views. The master bedroom offers a king bed and an Ensuite bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The guest nook has twin/full bunk beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The guest bathroom has a stand-up shower. For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer in the unit. *LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1400 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.

**Shores of Panama Resort charges a flat fee of $85 at check-in. This one-time charge will provide your party with pool wristbands and 1 parking pass. The fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA. **

Shores of Panama offers a wide variety of thrilling resort amenities for people of all ages to enjoy, including the largest lagoon pool and pool deck in North Florida, an indoor heated pool and multiple hot tubs. Grab a cool beverage at one of the two the tiki bars and lounge on the sundeck all afternoon. The onsite fitness facility is fully stocked with cardio and weight equipment, perfect for staying slim and trim during your beach vacation. Cruiser Bikes are now available for day rentals!
You will see their kiosk setup in the portico on the West side.
Day Rentals are $20 for 3 hours or $30 for the day to return by 6pm. Day Rentals will ensure more guests have access to the bicycles, and enhance safety with no riding at night. All bikes have a comfy seat, and most have a basket or cup holder. Helmet and lock are included with each rental. Follow These Rental Instructions: Visit the kiosk, scan the QR Code, input your information, pay, get a bike lock code on your phone, grab a helmet, walk your bike out of the parking garage, ride safely, when finished: walk your bike into the parking garage, scan a different QR Code to return your bike, and park it so it can be readied for the next rider.
