"Family Get Away - We had a great family get away at this condo! We had our infant grandson with us and the balcony was perfect for us to sit out with him while parents were enjoying the beach. It’s shaded yet has a great view!! Everything was so nice and clean. And the SHORT walk to the beach was the best!! Hope to book again for our next beach vacay!"

"Excellent Condo and location - What an awesome experience! Don’t hesitate on this one. Excellent accommodations - had everything we needed, even a cooler and beach buggy. Location is center to everything Destin. Beach was simply gorgeous. The patio looks onto the beach area. Love the way it was decorated. No complaints here. RealJoy team was excellent with info and communication. We had such a great time!"

"Wonderful - This property really is a diamond in the rough! It's in the heart of Destin. The place is small and very private. I felt very safe here! The room was perfect size for our family of 5. The weather was not the best so we spent more time in the room than anticipated so the fact that it was nice and spacious was a bonus! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great vacation destination - We were pleased with our stay. The condo was the perfect size for our family with enough space for everyone to relax or get some quiet space. The large balcony was a big favorite of ours in the evenings and mornings, before and after the beach as well as for dinner on the nights we stayed in. Located in between the beach and the pool made going to either very convenient. Because these condominiums aren't a high rise building like some of the others located along the beach, I loved that our beach access wasn't crowded at all. We enjoyed our stay and will consider this unit when we return to Destin!"

"Loved our vacation - This was perfectly close to the beach and easily accessible to the elevator. They had everything we needed in the rental including a pack n play, wagon, and fans. The only complaint was that the shower door in the master bedroom was messed up and kind of dirty. The rest of the condo was very clean."

"Restful Retreat - We are a family of eight so traveling can be difficult. This was an amazing retreat for all my kiddos. Felt safe, wonderful heated pool, and a fun Ocean all within steps of each other. We will book this again! Lovely place to stay."

"Wonderful experience except the check in! - The place was clean and beautiful. It was all families. There were no loud parties. The only issue we had was with getting into the condo. The email with the instructions to open the door ended up in my junk mail and I couldnt get in touch with anyone because it was after hours. When I finally did find the instructions they were really confusing. That being said I would definitely rent there again because of the positive experience."

"Great Condo - My family and I truly enjoyed the property and our unit. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the Friday night pool party, meeting other guests and owners. Our unit was well appointed, WiFi connection was good, the bathrooms were updated very well, plenty of towels and all of the necessary kitchenware and utensils. The sunrise view from the balcony was the best. The beach service team was outstanding! George and his guys made sure that my daughters were comfortable and would adjust our seating and umbrellas for the best shade throughout the day. Overall a great vacation at a great price point. We will be back next year!

"Great view, location, and condo - Great little beach condo for 2 couples. Gorgeous beach. Pool maintenance was at 11 am on a Friday?? Also, bring your own coffee filters! Non supplied. Plenty of towels and ice machine right across hall. Overall really nice."

"Great Stay! - Glad we booked this unit! We were a little skeptical because we'd never heard of the building, but it was all that it claimed and more. It's a surprise in the middle of Destin - great location - the grounds were very well maintained - Palms everywhere were a nice touch. The kids loved playing on the lawn in the evenings. My family had a great getaway, everything was clean and just as pictured."
