"The condo is as described. It’s nice and clean. The secondary bedrooms were a bit tight, but they were functional. Overall, it was a nice condo and close enough to the beach for our older kids. It’s a nice beach and not too crowded when we were there. The instructions for getting to the beach could’ve been more clear. Instructions said no code needed. However, when we reached out to RealJoy to get clarification and codes, they were patient and helpful. It’s the first time we stay at an Airbnb near a beach without beach towels. It seems like a basic amenity, but we ended up buying some at the store."

It was well-equipped with all of our needs, including lots of beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, floats) in the the outdoor storage room. The free beach service (2 chairs and one umbrella) was also very nice! We would definitely want to stay here again!"

"Booked this for a bachelorette party and it could not have been better! The location is PRIME! Restaurants/bars and grocery stores are just across the road, which was super convenient! The harbor boardwalk is a quick and easy Uber ride away, and the beach is just a short stroll through the complex. Adorable decor, clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our trip a success!"

"Off the busy street is this nice, tucked away, peaceful spot. 5 min lovely walk to the beach where umbrellas and chairs are provided (picked up at 6pm fyi) and cute turtles to greet you as you walk over the lake (otw to the beach), nice pools, easy walk to stores and restaurants, easy parking, lots of thoughtful amenities in the condo. We needed nothing but extra toilet paper and washing detergent!"

"Perfect place for the family! The bedrooms are separated upstairs from the living area downstairs which made it super convenient. The bedroom layouts were great too and comfortably slept 8 of us with room to spare. The bunk beds have an extra trundle bed underneath as well that we didn't know from the listing. The walk to the beach is a little long but very reasonable nonetheless. We found that driving the beach setup to the community parking by the beach access was much easier. Excellent communication with the leasing company as well. We extended our stay a few extra days and I was able to do it by a couple clicks on my phone from the beach. Will definitely be staying again!"

"Cute, spacious townhouse within walking distance to beach - The townhouse was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our family vacation. It was extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was a tv in the living room as well as in each bedroom. It was walking distance to the beach, although if you have a child under 3 years old, you may consider bringing a stroller for the walk, as it may be a bit too far for them. My 5 year old handled our daily walk to the beach just fine. My one complaint is that the email communication from the host is not legible. They use a bright blue background with light gray font, and I (at 33 years old) couldn’t read any of the emails. I suggest choosing different colors so your guests can read your correspondence. I highly recommend this property. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"

"Wonderful stay - This place is amazing. It was recently renovated so everything was new and clean! The location is awesome. 7 min walk (and that is walking with a three-year old and stopping on a boardwalk to feed the turtles) to the beach. Grocery store and ice cream place close by.
Management was very responsive with a few issues we had. The AC worked great for us. The kitchen is well equipped (including a toaster and blender) with basics for cooking."

"Good spot for the Destin Vacation - This rental is well represented by the photos shown. We had a very comfortable stay for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). We spent most of our time out and about so we did not utilize the condo for eating or hanging out much.
This unit is conveniently located very close to one of the pools and was farther away from the beach than I realized but was still only a short walk. We enjoyed walking the boardwalk across the lake on our way to the beach.
The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Soaps and towels were plentiful and the washer and dryer were great to have to keep up with washing beach towels."

"Family space, short walk to the beach - Condo was as described. Kitchen was older and had the minimal necessary to cook some basic meals. Having bedrooms and baths on second level worked out well. Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes once we figured out how to get there. A map of the path would have been helpful. Overall, property was as pictured and the neighborhood was quiet and safe."

"Peaceful and cute - We loved our stay here; 4 of us visited for a girls' getaway weekend in late October. The property provided everything we needed, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes, and cups. Loved that the living space and the sleeping areas were separated - living space on the main floor, and sleeping upstairs. The three bedrooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach took about 10 minutes (.4 miles to be exact), but there were no roads to cross, just a peaceful walk through the private community. We used the tennis courts and enjoyed that, too. The pool was right outside our door, although to be honest we spent more time at the beach. Would definitely recommend this place to others!"

"Great family condo! - We loved our stay! Two families with 2 small children. Plenty of room. Kitchen was great. All the appliances worked very well. Washer and dryer downstairs was a big plus. My favorite feature was the keyless entry. No need to worry about keeping track of keys at the beach. Condo has 2 big pools that were never crowded. Beach was an easy 5-10 minute walk. The owners have a wagon, umbrella, chairs, beach toys, floats, boogie boards, and several other things to use. Great table and grill on the patio. Location is great. Right across the street from a grocery store and close to every thing in Destin. Our first day there the plumbing upstairs wasn't working. We let the office know and they had it fixed within an hour. We loved the condo so much, we'll definitely be back for our next stay."

"Fabulous! - The condo was spacious and clean! We did not have a grill when we arrived. However, the owner quickly arranged to have a new one delivered! This was great since we had planned to do a lot of grilling during our stay. The walk to the beach was only about 5 minutes, which again worked well for us. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"GREAT LOCATION!!! - The house has a great central location. There was plenty of room for me and three of my friends to stay without being cramped at all. There are two pools available to use. The beach is a short walk. There was a beach cart, chairs and lots of beach toys available to us. The owners have even added labels for the lights. The guest book listed all of the codes to access Wi-Fi, storage (beach items), and code to the pools listed. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!"

"Comfortable home in the perfect location - My family of 3 (one adult and 2 teenagers) stayed at this house for 3 nights during spring break. It was absolutely perfect! The house had plenty of room for us to be comfortable and it was so close to the beach.
TV's and ceiling fans in each room made the stay very homey. The beach was so close and not very crowded. The fact that the owner was willing to share the beach wagon, chairs and umbrella saved us a lot of money on our beach days.
When I reached out to the owner to ask a question he was very responsive and very nice to chat with.
If I ever stay in Destin again I will absolutely see if this home is available."
