This stunning condo has an open floor plan with granite counters in the kitchen, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Check out the spectacular Gulf of Mexico from your private 11th floor balcony, the living room, the kitchen, and the master bedroom! The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached full bathroom with a tub/shower combo! The guest bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk bed for extra sleeping space for all the children! There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room! This unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 people!! Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. "Great spot! - Everything was clean when we arrived, check in process was nonexistent- you just go right up and use your code. You do have to rely on the gift shop to be open when you arrive to get your parking pass- which is $30 extra. The unit itself was as expected. I was surprised it was not super stocked with many dishes, and no beach items to be found in the unit (which was not advertised, but what we typically encounter at condos in pcb). I like that it's further down the strip so you don't have much traffic at all, and a quick right out of the parking garage is an easy drive to back beach road (pcb highway I think it's called now), which is where all the store etc are located. My only 2 complaints are: The master bedroom head board is not flush against the wall, so ANY movement in/out/around the bed creates banging on the wall.. imagine parents surprise when they're on vacation at the kids resort and their only saving grace is stalled by a shaky headboard. 😀 My second complaint is the dryer shrieking, moaning, metal on metal grinding is not a great addition to background noise. Especially for the ones sleeping in the second bedroom, located right beside the dryer. Even with the door shut it could be heard even in the master bedroom. So just be aware of that before doing super early or late laundry."

"White sugar sand and endless ocean - This condo was the perfect get away for my family and me. The views are phenomenal! The beach is fantastic! There are heated pools and many seating options by the pool. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a life saver!"

"Amazing Fall Break 2022 - Our family of 7 stayed here for our first week of fall break this year, and it was an amazing experience! The double bunks made a great separate space for the older boys, while the master had more than enough room for the adults and infants. Kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook a few times during the week, and the living room was big enough for all 7 of us to spend evenings together. The view was breathtaking - we saw all of the jellyfish and (we think) even a shark at dusk. I would absolutely stay here again, especially since the price was very reasonable when so many others were not. Thank you for having us!"

"Perfect Spot for Family Vacation - This place was great for our family vacation. We have two young kids and they loved the pools and water park. The condo is family friendly and was very clean. We had one issue, not with the condo itself, with the above unit and RealJoy was very responsive and handled it quickly. Great communication, thank you! I loved the email they sent a few days before recommending you bring additional items like soap, paper towels and trash bags. That saved us money and time running to the grocery store! We hope to get back here soon, thank you!"

"Good stay, cold Waterpark - We had a few problems with this rental, but after calling the property manager we received a very fast response and had the issues taken care of. I was disappointed that the water was so cold in the mini water park. The whole reason we booked this place was for the mini Waterpark. It was very windy and a lot cooler than normal. Over all it was a wonderful stay. Would stay here again."

"Would stay here again - Everything was for the most part perfect in regards to this condo and the resort. We enjoyed ourselves. Only wished the lazy river was heated as we were looking forward to this amenity but due to the weather the lazy river was ice cold. If I could change on thing the condo didn't seem to get below 74 even when set on 70. The weather was mild so it wasn't that bad except at night trying to sleep the condo was too warm for solid sleep for my family. I do want to say that anyone from the resort we ran into was very nice and friendly. We will stay here again just in warmer months."

"Beautiful Condo - The condo was beautiful and very well kept. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. My only complaints which seem like minor inconveniences are only 1 operating elevator which made it take a lot longer to go anywhere and the master tub did not drain very well. Otherwise the stay was perfect, the weather was great even for December-January. I would definitely stay again."

"PCB Late October - Overall, our stay was great. The resort was nice and the room was really nice. Our only complaint was that we weren't offered any notice that a few of the amenities like poolside grill and beach service were coming to a seasonal end right at the start of our stay. It would have been nice if specific dates for these services were listed so we wouldn't have been disappointed when we arrived and found out. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay."

"Please stay here! This will be one of the best decisions you will make. From arrival to departure, our family had the best experience. The condo was exactly as pictured and was even roomier than expected as we traveled with five boys ages 8 and under. On the day of arrival our door codes were sent directly to our phones. The check in desk was closed (we arrived at 5 pm) so we just stopped back by for our parking passes the next day. The staff was super friendly from check in to security to custodians. The views were incredible from our room as we were able to watch helicopters, boats, and dolphins from our balcony...not to mention the perfect sunrises and sunsets. We had plenty of towels and there was a washer and dryer to run them through when needed. We brought in our own groceries but they were simple so we didnt use any pots/pans etc but I did see some there. There was an ironing board and iron, soaps, and small sample bottles of dishwashing detergent. There were also two trashbags for each trash can and there was a nice garbage chute at the end of the short hall. I loved that the room was located right off the elevators (and no, this did not cause a noise disturbance at all) so this allowed for such ease in transitioning from grocery stores, splash pad, and beaches with the kids in tow. My family is already talking about staying here again next year. I will say that the end of September seemed to be a great time to visit as the hotel, beaches, and splash pad were super easy to access and not super crowded and the elevator wait times were super short (less than 2 minutes but normally less than one). Hope this helps anyone who may be on the fence!"

"Beautiful view - Overall this was a very nice place to stay for our family vacation. We arrived a little after 4pm and when we opened the door there was still a lady in the room cleaning. There was a few things missed but it was likely because she was behind and trying to hurry since it was after check in time. The condo was very spacious and plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The TV in the main bedroom wasn’t working but it wasn’t a problem for us so I didn’t call to worry about calling about it. This could have been a setting problem since we could hear sound but no picture. We would definitely stay at this condo again especially for the balcony view!"

"Great stay - Perfect Condo! - We had a great time at Splash! This condo had everything we needed and was very clean. No issues with elevators as previous reviews stated. We loved having the beach rental chairs included with our stay. The guys that work the rental chairs were nice and helpful! Having the convenient food/bar at the pool area was great for enjoying a drink and snack by the pool. We will definitely be back to this condo in the future as we all had a wonderful time!"

"Great unit not so great weather - Online check in was smooth. The unit was clean and looks just like the images. We did not cook at all in the unit but there seemed to be numerous pots and pans. There was a little sand on the balcony when we arrived however we did not mind. The resort was great for families and kids. Unfortunately for us there was a tornado that touched down right near us on our first full day at the beach which caused the entire resort to be without power for the day. I contacted the property management company RealJoy and they accommodated us as best as possible by bringing by water, snacks, lanterns and a board game. Weather aside, we had a great weekend getaway and would recommend this unit and resort!"

"Right in the heart of PCB and great for families! We loved the heated pool and splash pad for the kids.
Don’t waste your time at the arcade though, most of the games didn’t work or just took our money.
The space was clean and as pictured."
