"Great location and great condo - Check in was fast and easy. The condo was exactly what our family of three needed. My son, age 8, loved the bunk beds.
The only downside was the elevators at times but hey what do you expect at a condo on the beach. Overall it was a great 5 days."

"Perfect for kids - This condo had just about everything we needed on our short vacation. The location and amenities were great. The pool and kids area never felt crowded and the beach chair and umbrella service really topped it off. The condo was older but nice and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. I have one complaint about this condo and it is that the king bed was super uncomfortable to me and my husband. It could use an updated mattress. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again."

"Great place - Looked exactly like the photo's. Very clean and nice and spacious. Kids loved the bunk beds! Easy check in and check out. Best tub in master. Loved it. Furniture wasnt the most comfortable to me, but everyone has different preferences on that. Easy to get to the beach. Kids loved the pool areas! Beach was beautiful and nice. All and all loved it! Excellent communication with the property owners. All seamless."

"Splash resort was in a good location at PCB, not in the middle of the melee, but close enough to fun things. The unit was in a good location with a great view. There were restaurants and shops nearby. The only negatives were that the ceiling fan in the bedroom was extremely noisy so we could not use it and the road traffic was loud until later in the night; no laundry detergent was provided; there was dishwashing detergent but no cloths or sponge to wash the dishes; and no washcloths were provided. The space was well-appointed and the linens were nice. The view from the balcony was spectacular! I called RealJoy because I forgot they communicate through E-mail instead of the Airbnb app, and the agent I spoke with was super nice, friendly, and helpful. We would book with RealJoy again."

"Family stay at Splash - This was our family’s second time staying at Splash. The condo was clean, check in was easy, and we received a phone call early on in our stay to make sure everything was going well. We loved the fitness center with the ocean view. We visited the pool every day and loved it. It was clean as well. The only recommendation I would give is if you plan on cooking at the condo, bring your own salt and pepper, seasonings. There are none provided. We loved our stay at Splash and would definitely recommend!"

"Best location in PCB for family with kids!! - 10/10! No complaints! Excellent location away from the party scene in PCB. The mini water park was perfect during the rain shower that blew up during our stay! Great views, covered walkway from parking garage, coffee shop, outdoor bar and grill to grab a quick lunch, clean room, we enjoyed having the washer/dryer in the unit as well as the cookware in the kitchen! This resort is conveniently attached to an Alvin’s Island as well, which was great for getting beach toys and other things! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Panama!"

"Memories were made! - We had the absolute best time! The pictures do not do this property justice! The location was perfect. Quiet when went, beach was very quiet, not many people as everyone was back in school. We were looking for a family friendly place that had a fun resort feel if we couldn’t utilize the beach, honestly it was the best because while we stayed we couldn’t swim in the ocean much, because of the jelly fish. But the lazy river and the bar right there made for some fun memories! Donut and Icecream shop was great too! Will definitely stay again! We brought all of our own soaps and paper towels as most units don’t provide, but this unit did. Which was awesome. Better than anticipated! Can’t wait to stay next year!"

"Loved the view - We really enjoyed staying at this property. The view was amazing and the condo was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The poolside grill and SnoBiz shaved ice was super convenient. Overall we had a wonderful vacation here. The only negative thing I can say is over the three days we were there, we saw people drinking beer while in the pools and vaping while in the hot tub, even though the rules were clearly posted."

"Nice place - Very nice place, great parking, awesome for kids. The condo itself was very nice, very clean and everything in it that a family would need. The reason I gave 3 stars for accuracy of listing is because it made it appear that there was an on-site arcade which was actually one of the reasons we booked this site. We were unable to locate the arcade and found out that they replaced the arcade with an ice cream shop. That was the only disappointment we had and that’s not that big of a disappointment."

"Bryson family weekend getaway - The property was great. The only complaint I have is when I pulled the bedspread down to go to bed my finger hit a nice large hard spot which turned out to be dried blood. So I had to look for another bedspread before we could go to bed that first night. Other than that the property was clean. The elevators at the resort made us a little nervous, one was very shaky and the other was not working for a day then when it started working it made a clanking sound from the 4th floor down. We will definitely stay here again."
