"Great place! - The condo was great! It was very clean and one of the nicest we've stayed at so far. The balcony door was very hard to open and close I had to get my husband to help me most of the time. But I really appreciated that because it meant my kids couldnt open it without us knowing. The pool area was nice but the water was very cold, Im assuming due to it being the start of summer. We would love to stay here again our next PCB trip!"

"Perfect location in the building and in Panama City! - Overall we really enjoyed this property! It was an amazing location- close to so many things but also RIGHT on the water. We decided this was the perfect floor to stay on because you still feel like you are right at the beach, not looking down at it. Plus, it’s right off the elevator! There were a couple things missing in the kitchen we would have liked, but we made do. We did not have much hot water at all, but we know if we had called it probably could have gotten fixed- we were just there for such a short time that we didn’t want to waste timing getting maintenance figured out. We would definitely go back."

"Excellent stay at the Splash. Room was very clean, included pots and pans, and blankets/pillows. Excellent view, resort had great amenities for the kids. Very family friendly resort and location. Check-in for wrist bands and parking pass were 9am to 5pm. We checked in later that day and went to it the next day (not an issue). Beach chairs were included with stay as well. Directions for check-in and checkout were very straight forward. I would highly recommend this place and owner."

"Fun Family Spot - Fantastic spot for families. This condo had plenty of space for the five of us that went. The elevators tend to get bogged down pretty fast but being on the third floor allowed us the alternate option of taking the stairs without it being much burden. Our overall stay made for such a great family vacation. We will most certainly be returning!"

"Schools out - We were very happy with the stay. The place was clean and well stocked. It had all the things you would need in the kitchen. The view was great. There were board games, boogie boards and a float. The pools were nice and beach access was right there. The only downside was the occasional wait for the elevator and the arcade had most of the games shutdown."

"When I am looking to book a place, I love to read the reviews to see what the "real" experience was like. Therefore I want to provide this review for other parents wanting to ensure they are booking the RIGHT place. This place lives up to it expectations. It is literally just a few steps to the beach with access to two pools, a splash pad, a lazy river, and a small children's water park. It rained a few days while we were there, but it was still a great time because my boys could play in the water park area and swim in the pool since they were under cover. There is an arcade (most games were out of order), a gym, vending machines, and an ice machine. I was concerned that the parking was going to be a hassle, but it was just a quick walk using the indoor walkway. The condo itself was extremely clean, very roomy, modern, had a ton of board games, a washer/dryer, and the kitchen had any and every item you would need for cooking. We would definitely stay at this place again."

"Beautiful Beach Oasis - This was a new listing with no reviews so I was a little skeptical. However the condo was absolutely beautiful. Before we checked in they were furnishing the condo with some new pieces of furniture. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated and had a good selection of new toys for my son to play with. There was only 2 of us in the unit and it was more than enough room. The only recommendation I have is to add storage in the living room and under the bunk beds. If you have six people staying there, they have no place to store their clothes. Lastly, have housekeeping to remember to dust the blinds periodically. Even though I did not cook, the kitchen appeared to have everything you would need. Being on the lower floor was great since we did not have to wait a long time for the elevator. Thank you for making this trip memorable for me and my son."
