"We’ll be back again - My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is central to the food establishments and things to do out in town, and the short 2 minute walk to the private beach access was awesome. That allowed for us to enjoy the beach and it not be overcrowded."

"Exceptional - The proximity to the beach. The private balcony although it wasn’t beach view it was a pool view. The privacy of the property. The kitchen was fully equipped with plates, utensils, blender, pots, pans, mixing bowls, oven dishes for baking, dish soap and dishwasher pods, kitchen towels, etc. The restrooms had towels also. There was even paper plates and utensils others had left. Closets had hangers. There were extra blankets in one closet, no extra pillows, except for two throw pillows.
The beds were not comfortable. The main master rooms bed was uneven and it felt like it was going to break on us just by getting into bed. The other bed king bed was hard too. I didn’t like it was on the third floor (I didn’t realia this when booking) and there is no elevator so taking things up and down is a bit of a hassle but we mostly left what we could in our vehicle. We have a pick up truck and nothing was stolen because the property is so private."

"Splendid Week Stay - Took a week vacation with the wife and family to Destin. Property location is very convenient to a many different tourist spots. The property was just as described, very clean and well kept. Ease of access to the community pool and beach was very appreciated. There were other visitors in the complex that made the trip just a little, slightly, less enjoyable. It seemed like teenagers, no older than 21 at the most. But that wasn't the fault of the property manager. Everything about the stay and room was amazing. Will look for this location again next year and recommend to others in the future."

"This was a great stay, with accommodations exactly as pictured and described. Just a short walk to the beach on a private boardwalk. I was grateful to have brought our own laundry detergent since we utilized the small washer/dryer daily. Guests may also need to bring extra dishwasher pods, dish detergent and toilet paper, and Kleenex."

"Mostly Perfect - We stayed 5 nights at this property.
Pros: great location; perfect amount of space for our family; close to pool; easy walk to beach; near some of the most popular spots in Destin.
Cons: many items in need of attention - wobbly barstool; broken dresser drawer; broken/junky vertical blinds; one twin bed frame not properly put together and slammed onto floor first night (upsetting neighbors downstairs); AC didn’t ever get down to temp, even on cool, cloudy days; dust bunnies galore under beds and on higher ledges of shower; spots on walls/not thoroughly cleaned; king beds not very comfortable."

"not to shabby - Not many issues, but there were a few roaches in the condo. One was very huge with wings and then there were 2 others that were in the other rooms. the kitchen was area was clean. We had to call twice to get parking permits and they should have been in the unit when we arrived. the towels were a bit dingy but I am sure they are used too frequently."

"Good time - The condo was exactly what we needed. The location was good and it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. I was surprised that this condo didn’t have anything leftover things. I was looking for a salt shaker and couldn’t find anything! I’ve never stayed in a condo that didn’t have just a few essential leftovers from other guests like laundry detergent or dish soap. Make sure you bring everything or you will have to buy it."
