Your family will enjoy the huge Samsung flat panel HDTV in the living room and the beautifully updated kitchen. The master bedroom has a spacious king size bed with a large Samsung HDTV plus an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk in shower & double vanities. It also boasts a mother in law suite with a king bed, large Samsung HDTV, kitchenette, and private balcony. The third bedroom offers two sets of twin bunk beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room allowing this condo to sleep 10 guests comfortably. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails and other varieties. Rod rentals bait and tackle available on site.
