"We would book this location again. - It was not overly crowded in the beach area. easy to access the condo. very clean facilities. pool area was nice and clean. overall felt like a very safe and comfortable area. security was very friendly.
Was not crazy about the wait at the elevators all the time and parking garage was a little tight, but it worked. If people are going to have to wait for elevators there needs to be some kind of fan or air in the elevator hall areas. wish chair rental would have been included with my unit for the price."

"Amazing view and facilities - The apartment was everything as promised, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to start. The view was AMAZING and the pool was fabulous. Parking was easy, the elevator was a minor wait, and we felt very safe.
The staff (minus the great pool security guy) is appalling - very rude and that's if you can find them. I don't like that we had to buy so much for our stay (and since we flew, we could not bring with). Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc. Seems like we could get a few more trash bags for an 8 day stay for the price we paid."

"Great place to stay - The condo had comfortable beds with great water views. We would stay in this unit again. Only problem was when we arrived only one elevator was functioning. It took us an hour to get our stuff up there and my dad in his wheelchair. I left my phone (with the door code) in the unit one night and the owner was helpful with security so we could get back in. "Great gulf-front condo at an affordable price - We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was just as described and reasonably priced. The sliding glass door view of the gulf from the living room and master bedroom were breathtaking. Amazing sunsets too. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was well-kept and clean. The living room furniture could have been a bit more comfortable, but everything else was superb. If we return to PCB, we would definitely rent this unit again, but would come at a different time of year when more things are open and the weather is warm enough to sit on the beach and swim."

"Nice place. Great location. - Everything worked as it should. Place was very clean. Views are great. Condo is on 12th floor. But after adding the 3 parking levels, it’s actualky like the 15th floor. Property has 3 very nice swimming pools. It’s set up to sleep 6, if I traveled with 6 I would want a bigger place."
