Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. "The place was beautiful. Real joy was incredibly quick to respond to a couple things, neither of which they could have foreseen. The water heater had been turned down, so there wasn’t much hot water. Within an hour, they solved the problem. Also, due to a big storm, the table on our patio blew across the street! Yikes! Amazingly, it didn’t hit anything. Again, within the hour, they had removed the broken table from the field. From the security guard to the maintenance folks to the actual real people who answered the phone, we were totally impressed with the staff and operation. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again and again."

"We found our go-to PCB condo - We have stayed in quite a few Panhandle condos over the years and this one may be the One. Great parking situation and location near the pier. The spaciousness is surprising and views terrific, particularly at the dining table. Management was first rate when we needed some help, thanks Sheryl and Christopher! A lot of boxes checked off and great value."

"Great condo - The condo was better than the pictures provided in the listing. It is very spacious and comfortable. Being an end unit made it even better. The views were absolutely fabulous. The location was great. Close to everything you could need. There were beach chairs on the balcony which was a huge help. Jet skis for rent right on the beach as well as banana boat rentals. Highly recommended this unit. We can’t wait to go back and stay there again."

"It’s not everyday I get to use the word perfect in describing a vacation, but here I am telling it from the top of my lungs. “This place is PERFECT!” The view of the ocean is breath taking. Waking up to that sunrise every day was amazing. My family and I were most excited to stay here because of it’s relativity to Pier Park, only a 10 minute drive, which gave us plenty of fun activities to do. The condo bedrooms were a great size for the 6 of us (5 adults and 1 infant). And more importantly clean, clean, clean. Kitchen appliances, silverware etc. wonderful. Living room was great for watching a movie together. Overall it was a joyful stay and we can’t wait to do it again."
