Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000sqft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. Watersport rentals are also available.

We loved our stay in 706! We stayed for 2 weeks and felt right at home. The place was clean and the decor was simple and attractive. We loved the large balcony and all the different types of chairs. We loved having the primary bedroom at the back of the condo so we had access to the balcony from it. The California King bed was oh so comfortable and roomy and the adjoining bathroom was large with a great size shower. There was plenty of dresser space for both of us and hangers in the closet. We appreciated the ceiling fans and the AC. The kitchen was rather small with very little counter space but it was workable. We loved that beach service was included in the price as we used that every single day. Robbie was the best and very helpful. And to have extra beach chairs, boogie boards, toys and a cooler was an added bonus. We would have loved the starter supplies to be more than just one of each for our long stay. But overall we had a blast and we will definitely be back! Very nice condo!

We enjoyed our family vacation to Sterling Reef 706. The balcony was the perfect view to watch the fireworks without having to get out in the crowd. Elevator traffic for the holiday weekend was quite the wait but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect place for my family of 4. Perfect view of the beach and the pool. Hearing the ocean all night was priceless. Loved having chairs and umbrellas available to us included in the price. Loved that there were chairs, boogie boards and a cooler that we could take to the beach. Loved the keyless entry. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a semi-spur of the moment trip and I am so glad we kept it! The company was very responsive and the unit was perfect for us. It was as described and then some! It had so many things (ie: beach chairs, shovels, etc) that we didn’t use but was there JIC! We’re already planning another long weekend and hope to find something from this company! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in PCB, have access to like home amenities, a pool, a gym, private beach entrance, and FREE seasonal chair/umbrella service. ☀️☀️

We had a great relaxing stay!

Great fall break.
The condo was surprisingly roomy for my husband and I, our daughter, and our two small grandchildren. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The complementary beach chairs were wonderful, and there were beach toys and things to use on the beach in the condo as well, which was fabulous! We were there for four nights and did not leave one time because we ordered DoorDash for every meal. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, but although it says it is seventh floor, that’s on top of the parking garage, so it’s really more like the 10th floor. The view was beautiful, but I am a little leery of heights so I would’ve preferred it to be lower although that is simply a personal preference. There was an issue with me understanding how to use the thermostat, but I called the number and it was quickly resolved. The best part was that the parking pass and wristbands were already in our room, so check in was wonderful. We had enough towels and paper towels, but we probably should’ve brought an extra garbage bag or two. The condo is also very convenient to Publix and Walmart. We had a wonderful stay, and I would recommend this condo to anybody going to the beach.

This condo was perfect for our 4th of July vacay. Perfect location, not super crowded. Had an amazing view of the ocean and the balcony was perfect to watch the fireworks on the pier. Will 100% stay again and recommend to anyone.

Nice place!
Great condo & location. Very clean and well decorated. Nice views and less crowded beach area than many mega resorts. (Think better chair spacing, less noise). Lifts quicker than many places most days. Very spacious balcony with lots of chairs, table, etc. RealJoy Vacations was very communicative and proactive, from time of booking through the week following the trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Will stay here again and again!
We loved the location of the property. The beach front with the balcony was great to have snacks and meals. The chairs with the umbrella that came with the property on the beach made everything a breeze.
