Sterling Sands 114 is a Gulf Front condo located right in the heart of Destin and has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps 9. Enjoy a large living/dining area, 2 Master Suites plus a 3rd bedroom. There is also a wrap-around balcony with direct gulf views! Panoramic unobstructed views of the emerald waters from the balconies and inside our condo. The beautiful views can be seen from the living room, dining, kitchen, and both master suites of this very spacious corner unit! First floor, just high enough for a great view but no need for elevators.

Newly remodeled with fresh paint, new appliances, and gorgeous flooring! You will enjoy two master bedrooms both with private balconies, new king beds, huge walk-in closets, and large bathrooms featuring garden tubs. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a twin trundle bed, and an attached bathroom. There are two additional beautiful granite and glass serving bars - one in the living room and one in the master suite. The master Suite bar also has a mini-refrigerator, sink, and microwave. All bedrooms offer flat-screen TVs and free wireless Internet connection.
This condo features two pullout sleeper sofas to comfortably sleep, 9 guests. The first pullout sleeper sofa is located in the living room. The second sleeper sofa is located in the 'lockout' master bedroom. This 'lockout' master bedroom sofa is great for families with small kids that prefer sleeping close to their parents. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

"Spacious and quiet! - 114 Sterling Sands is a beautiful property. We loved that there were 2 master bedrooms with king beds. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The deck furniture was comfortable, and the view was amazing! This place is definitely a 5 star rating! The only thing I would change is the guest bedroom. The bed is very squeaky. This needs to be changed to a new queen bed! I love that 3 adult couples can stay here. That is very hard to find."

"Great condo in Destin! - We have been staying at Sterling Sands for 17 years and this was by far the best condo we have been in. Very clean, updated, and has everything you need. It’s great being on a low floor to avoid using the elevator. Only downside to being on a low floor - the daily garbage pickup makes a lot of noise way too early for vacation. All other units we’ve rented in the past provided beach chair/umbrella rental so you will need to bring your own or rent! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Great location being close to everything."

"We loved the stay. The place was easy to get to. There were luggage carts which were nice. The place was spacious and clean. You will need trash bags, and detergent as they were not provided to wash the dishes. The view was breathtaking and the place was quiet and beautiful. We loved everything about it."

"We enjoyed our stay so much at this beautiful condo!! It was right in the middle of Destin- a quick ride to many restaurants and lots of shopping. Beach views were gorgeous, pool was peaceful, condo itself was just as described and we felt right at home all week! We had a few issues with a broken closet door and leaky sink but real joy responded right away and sent someone out the next morning to address! We hope to come back very soon!"

"Fabulous Stay - My husband & I, along with our two children did a spring break trip with another couple and their child! This condo was perfect for our two small families. It’s always wonderful when you can find a beautiful condo with two masters, both having a view of the gulf & stunning bathrooms. We also liked being on the 1st floor, close to the stairwell and trash chute. It’s in a very central area of Destin which made dinners and activities very easily accessible. The pool was very enjoyable, as some days during our stay weren’t as seasonably warm as we would have liked, but the pool water was very warm! Communication with RealJoy Vacations was great and we absolutely will stay in this same unit again if we get the chance!"
