"this is even better than the pictures! a few steps from the pool/spa and the private beach, with beach service! the view is amazing and the walls of mirrors make it easy to view the scenery from almost any spot in this space! felt very much at home and couldn't have asked for better! the kitchen is equipped with just about everything you may need, the beds are comfy, linens are clean and fresh, but nothing beats the miraculous view from the balcony! even spotted a few dolphins cruising the waters while drinking coffee and listening to the waves crash. couldn't be happier!"

"Absolutely perfect location! Super close to everything. The bathrooms were a little outdated and there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, but overall am excellent place to stay. The rooms were nice and spacious and the view was incredible! Huge bonus was chair service was included. I would definitely recommend!!"

"Great Location, family friendly - We really enjoyed the proximity to the pool and beach. It was beautiful to sit on the balcony every morning as the sun rose and dolphins swam by. Note that beach chairs are not included with this unit and will be an extra expense at the beach."

"Nice Condo - Nice condo. Clean with nice ocean view. Good central location in Destin. The beech has beautiful white and clean sand. The weather was not great during our stay so we only were able to enjoy the beach for a day. Although this did not affect us that much due to the weather, however the listing stated that there was access to 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach, but we were told that it was not available."

"Loved it - Great location , just as described. Beautiful beach view from our 7th floor balcony. The unit itself was comfortable, enjoyed the electric fireplace on our colder days, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals. The place was clean and felt roomy for a family of 4.. The pool was nicely heated as well as the hot tub and the grounds were clean. The unit was advertised to have beach chairs provided by a beach service, but it turns out that is only in the summer months (our stay was end of Dec). The management company ended up providing chairs for us to use. We definitely would book this unit again."

"This place was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 7 and 8 year old) it was very clean and the location was FABULOUS! A ride down the elevator and a short walk across the little bridge and you are on the white sands beach. Having the beach chairs and unmbrella included with our stay was so very nice! The kitchen had all we needed. There are bath towels and wash clothes along with a total of 4 rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. Beds were all comfortable and the kids lo ed the bunk beds. No fan in the kids room and the fan in our room only worked when the light was turned on. That might be user error though lol. We were walking distance to along the beach to back porch which we ate at everyday for one meal and was never disappointed. Not OMG best meal ever but the prices were reasonable and food was good. If you want to do something other than the beach a walk across the street and you are at go carts, games, and mini golf. There is also a shop across the street for any beach needs you may have forgotten ordecide you need while there, again reasonable prices. There is a Walmart a short drive up the street as well. I can't stress enough what a wonderful time we had. Everyone was super nice. We even added an extra day last minute and RealJoy made that a painless process. We also arrived early and though they stress no check in before 4 I called them and asked if the place was ready if we could possibly get in earlier and they were happy to allow us to check in which was so helpful 😀 I 100% recommend staying here."
