Sterling Shores is located in close proximity to Henderson Beach State Park and is near great restaurants and attractions like The Destin Track and Big Kahunas Water Park. Wander the 100 ft down to the beachfront Back Porch restaurant for a bite or drink. Happy Ours is in a wonderful location.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! "Dreamy vacation - We had the best vacation! My family of six (with kids ranging from 2 yr to 15 yr old) all enjoyed the property! It was so clean and comfortable. We loved the pools and the easy, short walk to the private beach! It was easy to go back home if we forgot something, needed to make lunch, or put the baby down for a nap. It was also conveniently located to several restaurants and stores! We've already told several friends about the property and would definitely stay here again!"

"Girls week - We came had an issue with the washer and they were excellent and getting it working they actually brought in a new one. April was our first contact she was awesome. Gave us a lot of good information the TVs. Have to many remotes."

"4th vacation - Very comfortable bedding. Elevator access sucks! Everyone we talked to- said NEVER AGAIN, AND THIS INCLUDES OUR FAMILY. Elevators took forever. At least an hour getting to our room and an hour trying to get an elevator down. Pathetic!"

"Overall very nice place. The unit and common areas of the property were clean and as described. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view and access to the pool and beach were convenient. At most times only one elevator was working, which meant long waits, especially during peak check in/check out times (10am/4pm). "I would stay there again anytime - location, accommodation, pools, parking
the actual unit needs a better refrigerator. the only thing I did not like was if you don’t register to use the umbrellas and chairs on the beach you have to sit behind all of them. we like to sit close to the water and have our own stuff. that was a downer for my family."
