"Excellent experience - From the get go this rental was top notch. RealJoy was easy to work with and was on top of every detail. The bedrooms were spacious and kitchen had plenty of room to work in. We did use the bbq area and that was perfect for us. The pools were heated which was a plus for the few days it was colder than normal. I loved how the whole property was gated definitely made me feel safe for being in a different town. All in all great location right in the middle of everything and right at the beach. We will definitely stay again."

"Great Location - We stay at this condo complex every year. This particular condo hasn't been updated in a while but is reasonably clean and communication from the managing company was great, which made the process easy. Be advised that, unlike most of other rentals we have stayed at, this one has zero supplies in the pantry, i.e. you will be buying your own salt and other basic necessities."

"Great location - Overall we had a blast on our stay. The location of not only the property but the condo is great. Elevator access right outside your door to parking space (garage) and trash chute right outside door. Plenty of space! Bathrooms are gorgeous and very up scale. Very nice property. "Great beach access and conveniently located. - The unit was clean and had a great layout for our family of 5. Very short walk through property to the beach. The Patiio was a fun, yummy, beachy restaurant right next door. We ate there a few times. Condo is located super close to all the area attractions. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, snorkeling, parasailing, putt putt and more all right there."

"Spring Break - The condo was very clean & updated. The master bedroom mattress was VERY comfortable. The pool was great and the front desk services was great as well. We came with our seniors for their spring break. We really thought it was going to be crazy. This property kept things under control and it was very relaxing & peaceful. The only issue we had was the traffic getting in & out. The light getting out did not work so it would take over 20 mins just to get out on the main hwy. This was out of their control but still irritating. The construction in that area was terrible & dangerous. Other than the traffic we had a wonderful stay & will be back."

"Very Nice. Has all the amenities! - We enjoyed this condo very much! Has all the ameninities that are needed and was very clean. It even had beach chairs that could have been used.
I do recommend replacing the skillet as it is very used and it's starting to flake when cooked in. That did not affect our stay though and just something that I saw because I used it. We will stay here again! Great place for a family vacation!"

"Amy's Beach Oasis - This condo was amazing to stay at! Had a perfect view of the entire beach and was all cleaned and prepared to go once we got there. Very spacious as well and located in a perfect spot in town. Definitely a must stay for anyone willing to get away and have an comfortable vacation in Florida. You will not regret it."

"Super convenient - This is the perfect place to stay for several reasons.
1.) It's near anything you need, which makes it super convenient whether you want to go to the beach or to dine. There are also activities nearby for children or the whole family.
2.) It has a lot of space. It's much more comfortable than a typical hotel room atmosphere due to the spacious rooms, and this also means that there is more privacy within the unit.
3.) It's clean and luxurious. You feel comfortable here.
