Sugar Beach C-3 (Beach Life)

We absolutely love Sugar Beach; it's a wonderfully peaceful and beautiful spot right by the beach. The beach itself is just perfect! The host was in constant communication with us, providing all the necessary instructions and fantastic recommendations, and responding to my messages promptly. When a hurricane hit close to the area, he ensured we were safe and had everything we needed. Additionally, the house was clean and lovely, equipped with everything you could want for a comfortable vacation with family or friends. We will definitely be returning! I highly recommend it!

I really like booking my stay with booking .com and having Real Joy as our vacation representatives. Real Joy represents you and takes care of you during your stay! Mariah was exceptional with communicating and assisting me with any needs. The unit we stayed in was beautifully decorated and furnished with great conditioned household items ( big & small ) that were in great shape. The office at The Sugar Beach Condominiums. Real Joy texted me that a maintenance man would be coming. However, I missed the text due to the fact that the office sent their maintenance man to our unit before Real Joy’s man showed up. After 2 separate attempts of knocking, without announcing maintenance, he entered the unit without announcing maintenance. This was due to a new leak being caused by our unit to the unit downstairs. I didn’t answer because the children and I were home alone. My husband stepped out and we weren’t expecting any visitors.Real Joy apologized and continued to stay in contact with me for all other maintenance situations we should expect. The office was unprofessional, and unapologetic. According to the lady it was unfortunate. That it sure was. I understand the law, but I don’t understand why he couldn’t just announce who he was while knocking and entering. It was a very scary experience.

We absolutely loved everything about the condo, especially the little lagoon with turtles and fish visible from the balcony.The Rec room was nice, as well as the pool The only thing that I didn't like was that the grilling area was a little bit further away from our unit, but it was a minor inconvenience for sure

Beautiful view from the balcony. Very clean and neat. Awesome TV’s. Perfect for a long weekend or extended stay. Will book again in the future.

We had a great family vacation in PCB. The location was awesome close to great restaurants, and the kids loved all the close attractions, aka go carts. We loved the pond full of fish, and our little Lilly was super excited that we could feed the fish and the turtles. We will most definitely book for next year.

This was by far the best stocked kitchen of any rental we have ever stayed in. Even the knives were sharp. We cook most of our meals in so this is a huge asset to this unit.

We really enjoyed our stay in C3. We were located right across from longboards and hammerhead freds, which was nice for spring break events. Very close access to the beach. Only complaint I have is there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so we had to go buy toilet paper. Overall, very satisfied.

Please accept our apology for any frustration caused by there not being more supplies available. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides a limited amount (starters) of such items as paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, and toilet paper. Location is great. The TVs are huge the Wi-Fi is the best. The condo is very cute and beds are big! I had a great time and my family enjoyed it very much. Are usually at shores of panama and did not mIss waiting in long elevator lines. Great time, great laid-back vacation. Would rent again!

This condo was right across the street from Hammerhead Jack's and the slingshot. Right down the street from Wal-mart. The condo also come with set of chairs and umbrella at no extra cost. Has good view of property of the back balcony!

It was nice there were a few things that needed updating! Main thing was the sleeper sofa! We ended up going and buying a air mattress because the springs kept popping off the sleeper sofa! I put them back on several times but every night they would pop back off! Think it’s time to update the sofa for a new one!

The stay was good. There are several nearby restaurants and shops you can walk to. There was private access to the beach and a super short walk to get there. The beach was beautiful!
The condo looks just like the pictures. Checking in was easy. The condo is a little outdated and the bathrooms are super small. I am small about 5’1 and the bathtub felt very small. Would not recommend to a tall person. Overall experience was great. Would stay here again.
