"Vacay - My family and I absolutely loved the condo, location. It was perfect for my family and right on the beach! Only complaint we have is the parking. Two large SUVs don’t fit well. But we had awesome neighbors that let us take turns parking behind each other and moving if someone needed to leave. Made all our parking situation so much better."

"Our stay was amazing! We forgot a few beach items and were afraid when we arrived. HOWEVER, this place had it all!!! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, wave boards... you name it! We loved how close we were to the beach, it was so easy to relax and enjoy our stay.
This place also had plates, cups, bowls, and cooking dishes. We couldn't have asked for a better stay."

"Great Location! - The place was great, very roomy. Best location right on the beach, you can just walk back and forth to the house if forgot something. Walk to few restaurants around. The beach was just perfect. House has everting needed for cooking, like pans and pots, etc , but Remember to bring your spices, salt, pepper, oil, if you are going to cook."

"Great townhouse right on the beach! - Great 4 night stay at this property. The parking is on a hill so be careful getting in and out. You also have lots of stairs and the only way out the back to the beach is through 2 bedrooms. But manageable. Property was fairly clean and maintained."

"Exactly what We paid for - The place itself wasn’t fancy but it has most of the essentials of a house. Even tho it had some beach equipment, most beach chairs/floaties/tools are broken so definitely take your own. It does have a gas grill..also take your own shampoo/conditioner and detergent and most importantly the Toilet paper. Other than that the beachfront was very convenient when you take your littles."

"Great property - The condo was as advertised. Plenty of room for 8 people. Easy access to the beach. Rooms were clean. Overall a very nice place. Parking was a little tricky, but fine once we figured it out. Refrigerator door was sprung and should be replaced. Overall was a very good place to stay."

"A beautiful beach front property! Made it easy with the kids being able to walk right off our balcony down to the beach. Stairs inside are a little steep and parking was a pain but other than that overall a great stay!"

"My family and I had a great time there and the Location was awesome. They need to replace the fridge it wasn’t closing all the way and the grill wasn’t working my husband had to cook the meat in the oven. Other than that we had a great time we will be back. Thank you for everything realjoy."

"Summer Haven A - We loved the property and location. Perfect for 2 families. One king bedroom does not have a TV...that was our only thing we ran into but wasn't the end of the world. The parking area is only for 2 cars."

"Nice Beach Stay - The property was as described although many stairs caused problems. You must walk through two bedrooms to get to the outside covered deck to walk to the beach. For kids in those bedrooms, naps were tough.
The area where the outside shower was had lots of left over items in it as was very messy.
Parking was very difficult. One double wide space for two cars, downhill. Other units crossed over and this became a problem.
Beyond those issues, the unit was clean and comfortable."

"Nice place but crowded beach - The place was very nice, 4 bedrooms so plenty of Room for everyone. One downfall was that the only way to access the beach was to walk through both downstairs bedrooms. It didn't leave much privacy to the people in those rooms. There are also several high rise condos across the street so all those vacationers use the beach in front of this condo making it pretty crowded. I would get out before 7am each morning to set our chairs and umbrellas up close to the water directly out from this condo so that we had a good spot. Around 7am the beach guys who set up daily purchased chairs/umbrellas would drill a hole in the sand for my umbrellas. That was nice so I tipped them on the last day."

"Thanksgiving at the beach - My family and I had a great time at this rental and at the beach. The location was perfect, and accommodations fit what we needed. Miramar Beach was beautiful and we were close to anything we needed. There was plenty of space for our big family to split up in rooms while still having common space for eating and living room entertainment. We loved our trip and will likely be back! Thanks!"

"Amazing views, best location - Top 2 levels are a 5.
Bottom level I give it a 3 or 3.5
Bed near balcony has had it. Maintenance repaired it so you could sleep on it but it slants and is very old. Couch that lets out to bed looks like the window leaked and absorbed into the mattress of the fold out couch so we didn’t use it and needed it for the party of 8. The refrigerator and freezer need new seals. You have to push them or they don’t shut.
Very clean, perfect location and we would definitely stay here again. We loved walking out of the unit onto the private beach!"
