Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"Great Property Overall! - Overall, this is a great property if you’re visiting Destin! There is no private beach access but it is only about a 5 minute walk to Pompano Joe’s where there is public beach access. There were some elements that could be improved upon - the couch in the living room is very worn/peeling and was simply covered with blankets to hide the damage. The shower door in the master was pretty hard to maneuver. Other than that, no complaints - clean and bright!"

"Perfect for families! - First time renting a townhome like this, so I was a bit nervous but so glad we did . Customer service was great , they were always available via phone and email and answered all my questions leading up to stay. The location IS excellent; very close to beach, food, ice cream and beach stores . The unit was fully stocked with linens , kitchen utensils including very clean and cute beach theme!The warm pool; right in front of balcony was relaxing , this is Perfect for families!

"Great place and great accommodations I will be back!! - Absolutely loved our vacation rental. It was beautiful, very clean and spacious. The house had everything we needed for our vacations including pots, pans, dishes, towels ect. The area was perfect only 3 minutes away from the beach which was perfect for our children. Our children loved the pool it was big enough and clean."
