February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Rates are valid for the current Snowbird season only.

These property updates will require certain unit balconies and pools to be closed and completely inaccessible, potentially throughout the guest's entire stay depending on the phase of construction. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon- Fri 8-5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for $30.00/ pp and wristbands are $5.00/piece (max 4 for this condo- under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit. **
