*LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1300 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Rates are valid for the current Snowbird season only.

**Please excuse the inconvenience, Sunbird will be undergoing renovations with new windows and sliding glass doors making balconies not accessible. Construction will be starting on the East Tower and moving on to the West Tower which will result in the tower's pool is temporarily closed. The expected completion date is the end of June 2023. The Main pool will be closed once the East and West pools open and will remain closed throughout the Summer of 2023. **

**Sunbird Condominiums charges a registration fee for parking passes (Max 1 parking pass/ unit). You may purchase on-site at the Sunbird HOA main office upon arrival. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon- Fri 8-5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for $30.00/ pp and wristbands are $5.00/piece (max 4 for this condo- under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit. **
