February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Rates are valid for the current Snowbird season only.

Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon- Fri 8-5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for $30.00/ pp and wristbands are $5.00/piece (max 4 for this condo- under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit. **
