This condo features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living area with access to the balcony. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony while taking in the warm, salty air. This beautiful one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has everything the chef in your group needs to make a delicious meal. The living room has a smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite movie or show. If you want to keep your fitness routine, the on-site gym will have everything you need. A community laundry facility is located on the 1st floor for added convenience. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!
**Sunbird Condominiums charges a registration fee for parking passes (Max 1 parking pass/ unit). You may purchase on-site at the Sunbird HOA main office upon arrival. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon - Fri 8-5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for $30.00/ pp and wristbands are $6.00/piece (max 5 for this condo- under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit. **

The bed was a bit mushy and too soft for me personally, we did get locked in our room as soon as we got there but they came up quick to get us out and fixed the lock issue immediately"

"1BR Sunbird 606W was a Beautiful condo. We would totally stay there again. The Ocean Front balcony view was spectacular. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Just a short walk to the beach, Pineapple Willy's, Walmart and several other food and shopping locations. I would definitly recommend walking across the street to have breakfast at Cahoots the staff were friendly and the food was delicious."

"My daughter and I came down for a gymnastics meet this past weekend and we absolutely loved our stay! We felt right at home! The condo was very clean and neat and let's not even get started on the views 😍! I think we spent most of our time on the balcony when we weren't on the beach lol. Conveniently located close to literally everything from Walmart to restaurants and many fun activities to do with the family! Our host was very friendly and helpful! This place is highly recommended! We will definitely love to stay here again the next time we come to panama!"
