Sunbird 709W- Beach Life

**Please pardon the inconvenience while improvements are taking place at Sunbird Condominiums throughout 2023 and into 2024. The construction on the building is far enough away that it should not impact your stay other than the center pool being closed and the parking lot having some minimal restrictions. The east and west pools are open, as is the beach access.
We apologize for any noise or other inconveniences you may encounter while these improvements are being made.
Due to these circumstances, we have discounted rates. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office BEFORE booking as normal cancellation policies will apply to any new bookings. **Sunbird Condominiums charges a registration fee for parking passes (Max 1 parking pass/ unit). You may purchase on-site at the Sunbird HOA main office upon arrival. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon- Fri 8-5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for $30.00/ pp and wristbands are $5.00/piece (max 4 for this condo- under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit. **
