There is a flat-screen TV in the living room, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite movie. A fully equipped kitchen and dining space is available to dine in after a relaxing day. *LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1200 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Rates are valid for the current Snowbird season only.

**Please pardon the inconvenience while improvements are taking place at Sunbird Condominiums throughout 2023 and into 2024. These property updates will require certain unit balconies and pools to be closed and completely inaccessible, potentially throughout the guest's entire stay depending on the phase of construction. The main pool will be closed in early Spring and is expected to remain closed until further notice. We apologize for any noise or other inconveniences you may encounter while these improvements are being made.

**Sunbird Condominiums charges a registration fee for parking passes (Max 1 parking pass/ unit). You may purchase on-site at the Sunbird HOA main office upon arrival. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon- Fri 8-5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for $30.00/ pp and wristbands are $5.00/piece (max 4 for this condo- under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit. **
