"Excellent Room! - We REALLY enjoyed our stay in this unit! Lisa was very helpful and communicated well before and during our trip. After staying, I looked back at the posting and felt it very accurately matched the unit! We knew exactly what would be available for us to use and which parts of the unit would be under construction.
Here are some things we especially liked:
1. Excellent internet for streaming! We've found that good internet is not always available when renting, but the internet in this unit was great!
2. Very clean condo with a stocked kitchen
3. The decorations made the room very comfortable and enjoyable!
Here are some notes on the location that we thought would be helpful when making a decision for your family/group. We did not feel these should affect the rating of the condo because we really enjoyed Lisa's condo!
1. As mentioned in the description, this unit looks out at the beach and Pineapple Willy's / the road. This meant that when we sat on the balcony in the morning for coffee, it was very hard to hear the ocean waves over the sound of the Pineapple Willy's air conditioning units. Also, it was very noisy at night. This could have been due to the specific dates we stayed in the condo, but I felt it was worth noting if you're looking for a quiet stay.
2. The beach itself was a little more crowded than we're used to when staying in Panama City. Although Sunbird had it's own part of the beach with chairs available to rent, there are two especially large condos near Sunbird that share the surrounding beach area. This meant that there were a lot of people on the beach at all times during our trip. Since we used our own chairs and umbrellas, we had to walk down pretty far from the condo to get an open space that didn't block other's views of the beach. If you don't mind large crowds, this should not be a problem!
Overall, we were very happy with our stay! We have NO complaints about Lisa's room! The two above comments are hopefully helpful for people looking for a quiet, relaxing beach trip with few people around them.

The bed was very comfy; The bathroom has a nice sized tub. We used the kitchen for a couple of meals a day and then would go out for dinner. We had all the pots, pans, dishes and gadgets we needed. The oven cooked well and the dishwasher was quiet. We found lots of great restaurants; a couple within walking distance. We utilized and loved having the beach chairs...That was a great perk! And Angela...what a gem! "Enjoyable and relaxing - My daughter and I enjoyed a week "on the beach" in this lovely condo. Since the weather was clear the entire week we didn't spend much time inside. It was so nice to have a place to fix simple meals, sleep, shower, and sit on the balcony in the mornings and evenings and watch the activity below. The view is gorgeous!!! A big plus were the beach chairs (took advantage of them everyday, all day). We mostly walked to nearby restaurants and stores. And I'm so glad I did this was an AWESOME place to stay. The condo was very clean and I couldn't ask for a better location. The beach chairs and umbrella that the owner provides with the rental were very much appreciated, and used every day. Everyone at the sunbird was very helpful and the 2 guys at the beach chair rental place went far and above to move the umbrella so we could have shade. Gated facility and close to anything you need. "In the middle of EVERYTHING - This was my first time planning my first family vacation, so I wanted everything to be perfect. I highly advise looking at these reviews instead of the Sun Bird reviews online, this unit was clean and perfect, and managed by one who takes her time in making sure everyone is happy and having a fantastic time! It is just a little small so anymore than a family of 4 would be a little cramped. When I walked out on the balcony there is a beach view to the left and a "city" view to the right. We could sit and watch the waves or sit and watch the people, which we love. This condo is literally in the middle of great food, awesome attractions, and having a 4 month old and making a trip to the urgent care there is even 1 VERY close by! I absolutely loved the fact there were keys, wrist bands, and a parking pass ready for us at the condo so I didn't have to waste a whole bunch of time getting that stuff together. We will most definitely be renting this unit again! "

This condo had had a cancellation and Angela couldn't have been more accommodating and flexible to work with! Any questions or requests that we had, were answered almost immediately. ""THANKS MOMMA" - Me and my wife stayed at "ANDELA'S condo from 7-16-11 to 7-23-11 and we just loved it. The condo is close to evcerything you want to do. It's all within walking distance from alot of things. Put Put, Go Carts, Stores and Places to eat.The bed sleeps good and the condo is very clean and nice. The view from the condo is great. Rather you believe it or not me and my wife are 47 years old and we have never seen the ocean before we r just a couple with very limmited means. This was the first time for us. My momma and me has always wanted to go but we never did. My mother passed july 25 2011 from her 7 year battle with cancer. The money she left me after she passed is how me and my wife finally got to go to panama city beach for the firt time. This trip was going to be ruff on me and i knew it but i had to go and i loved it. I hope my momma got to see the ocean through my eyes and was amazed like i was. I was praying she did anyway. Well when i got onto vrbo with my story looking for a place to stay ANGELA was the first to replay and she was very nice,easy and very helpful to book her condo. I may never get to go again but if i do i will want to go back to her condo again. It was great, everything about it was. So my god bless you angela and your family for helping mine. I will recommend her condo to anyone. It's good for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids with plenty of room. Give her a call because if you want a good place to stay for the money she has it. "Great - My family and I rented a condo for the first time. Angela made it so easy and was readily available by text when a question came up. The unit is in the center of everything and is very close to a Super Walmart. Clean, cute, and homey. "

"Great place on the beach! - My husband and I recently stayed in this condo. It was right on the beach and a short walk to Pineapple Willie's. It's cute, well-stocked condo, and beautifully decorated. The owner was extremely helpful in all of our correspondences. We will definitely rent again when we return to Panama City Beach. Thanks!"

"We LOVED the condo! Close... - We LOVED the condo! Close to everything you would possibly want to see, do, or eat! My husband is a doer, while I am a do-nothing on vacation, and it suited the both of us great. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! We will definitely be staying there again!
