SunDestin 1211 is a Gulf Front, 1BR/1.5BA condo in the heart of Destin. This beautiful 12th floor condo has floor to ceiling beach views from the living room, kitchen, and balcony! There’s a king bed in the bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably. SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. "Great place to stay - This was a great place. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Location was clean and very friendly. One of the cleanest places we have stayed in Destin. Was able to see pods of Dolphins swimming by in the mornings from our balcony.
My only suggestion would be to get a different mattress for the king bed.
We would stay here again!!!"

"Christmas Vaca - The property was great, however I am guessing that the blowers on the hot tubs were off due to the off season. That was a bummer. But over all the property was great.
The unit was clean and functional however for the prices the unit could upgrade some things. I stay in Destin/Ft Walton at least 3 times a year and with this unit I was really expecting it to be nicer. The cable/TV did not work as there was an issue with the cable. Other than our trip was great. Would stay again.

"Amazing Condo! - This was our first time staying in Destin and we will definitely be coming back to SunDestin. Check-in and check-out was so quick and easy and the front desk workers were so nice (as were the security workers). The condo was just as advertised - very clean and decorated so nicely. The view from the balcony cannot be beat and the location is perfect - right in the middle of everything. We even walked to a lot of restaurants and the ones we had to drive to were not too far away. The chair/umbrella rental boys on the beach were great and it was so much better than trying to bring our own. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and plan to book here again! Thanks RealJoy!"

"Destin - We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Destin! We’ll definitely stay again! One small issue was that there is nothing that can be left in the kitchen for whatever reason, that includes all spices (salt and pepper even) anything unopened even like drinks or condiments… I couldn’t take anything with us since we flew so it’s disappointing and wasteful. Also, the laundry services are directly across from the room but it’s $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry… in room washer/dryer would be nice… otherwise we loved it!"
