This 2BR/2.5BA townhome sleeps 6 and is located on the more desired west end of Panama City Beach, where there are no high rises or congested beaches. Enjoy the quiet end of Panama City Beach while still being close to many restaurants, grocery stores, biking, hiking, not to mention all the Gulf fun. With a king in the master, full bed and twin bunks in the guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this home will be the perfect fit for your family. This professionally decorated home features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and two parking spots for your convenience. Sunnyside on the Gulf #3 will make the perfect vacation spot!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Sunnyside is on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. This area has dedicated beaches for Sunnyside residents and guests only. Just minutes down the road is two local Landmarks: Carousel is a one stop shop for groceries, packaged liquors, a gift shop plus wine and cheese cellar! Thomas Donut and Snack Shop has an incredible selection of handmade donuts and snacks of all kinds to suit your beach cravings!

Area Attractions:

Some “must see, must try” area attractions include Shipwreck Island Waterpark, putt-putt golf, go-carts, arcades, and bumper boats! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop or the Whiteknuckle Rapids. A trip to shell Island is another fun family adventure, take a ferry or rent a boat. Interested in outdoor adventures? Stop by St. Andrews State park, visit the Jetties and snorkel your way through the clear waters where you can interact with fish and beautiful ocean life!

"Hidden Gem!! - We stayed at this property for Memorial Day weekend and had the best time. The condo is directly across the street from private beach access and between the two tourist sides of Rosemary and PCB, so each time we went we were always the first ones there with no crowds. "Great location if you don’t want to be in the middle of everything! We loved the close walk to the (not crowded) beach, the patio shower and the sleeping arrangements for our family of 5 (plus 1). There wasn’t any laundry detergent there, so we had to buy some…and hand soap for the bathrooms. But, overall the location and the master bedroom and deck that overlooks the ocean was amazing!!"

"Beautiful place! - Everything was great. The apt is very near the beach; you just need to cross the road. The apt was clean, and the kitchen has all items you need to cook, the washing and dryer machines are very helpful in a beach place, especially with kids. "We loved this townhome! This is the first time that we have stayed across the street from the beach. The beach access was very convenient and an easy walk for my family. We have a 6 and 8 year old and we were a little worried that the walk may be a bit far while carrying our beach gear but it was not bad at all! Also the beach was not crowded. We always prefer to stay on this end of town because it is so much quieter and this place did not disappoint.
Another thing that I appreciated about the unit is that there were plenty of towels and washcloths, the unit was very clean, and they provided a good amount of starter necessities such as soap, TP, dishwasher tabs etc. We would love to stay here again."

"Disturbed by the cleaning crew - The only complaint I have is , on the day we were leaving ,the cleaning crew came up two different times asking if we were ready to leave yet. The first time was around 8 am . My husband was outside putting all the beach stuff on the truck and they came up and asked if we were done so they could come in and clean. , my husband told them no and they said ... ok we’ll come back later ( they were nice about it).. again about 9 am they came back and asked my daughter how much longer we were going to be in there and she said ...we have until 10am ..again they were nice but by this time I’m a little angry because check out is at 10 and they’ve came by twice to ask us when we were leaving..."

"We loved the unit that we stayed in. The best thing about it was the quick access to the beach! - The unit had everything we needed. My grandson especially loved the bunk beds. The appliances were all in good working order. The area we were in was away from the crowds but close enough to all the places we wanted to go. We were so incredibly close to the beach. All we had to do was cross the road in front of our unit and walk down the path to the beach. We were very pleased with our unit and hope to stay there again next summer, if possible."

The only downfall is that we were unaware the surrounding units were under construction. It wasn’t a huge deal, but would have been nice to know ahead of time.
