"When we arrived we were really confused where to check in as there are so many different buildings and we asked some people there and that’s how we figured it out finally because we called the number given but they didn’t really know how to help and instructions weren’t clear where to park etc.our room wasn’t ready at check in time but the team did a great job of getting it cleaned and were wonderful hosts.The beach was really busy with spring break and the holiday but we absolutely we absolutely loved all the pools available and the beach water was so clear we could see fish swimming around.we really would’ve loved to stay another day as there is plenty to do in the area if you decide to visit make sure you have enough days to enjoy everything we took in the dolphin cruise and enjoyed that.But all in all it’s a really nice place to visit with great hosts so thanks for accommodating us all so well!"

"My husband and I stayed for 5 days and loved it. The beach is beautiful. The sand looks like sugar. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The view of the beach is wonderful. Waking up and seeing the sea from your bed is really nice."

"The space was extremely clean, but I think it’s time to change the towels, the blankets, and comforters, these items were pretty dated and some were stained. New linens are highly recommended. The place was very clean. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful when I had difficulty getting into the unit. Great views, people that work on property were extremely helpful and nice. Place is well worth the money, especially being so close to the beach. Complimentary Beach chairs and umbrellas was a plus. Highly recommend."

"Great place to stay. We were able to walk right to the beach via the bridge connected to the lobby! Private beach with 2 chairs included with your stay which was nice. Included all amenities we needed such as hair dryer, washer/dryer, dish washer, and bedding. The access codes can be a little tricky due to them changing them weekly for security reasons but the front desk was able to give us the updated code as needed. I really liked there was 2 hot tubs and the pool was heated so it was very relaxing. The tiki bar was convenient for drinks and there was a restaurant in the lower lobby as well which had great food. Would recommend this place, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay."

"We live in area and picked Surfside and Miramar Beach as we think that area is great for beach and family fun. You can’t find a more centralized area with all the eating and shopping available. The condo and resort have all u need for the family, and the beach is right across the street with controlled access. Our grandson also loved the on-site pool !"

"The condo was clean. The employees of the resort were all friendly. The host communication was thorough and their service when needed was very friendly. There is parking on site but it’s tight, so you’ll have to be cautious when coming and going. Overall it's a great place for a weekend getaway!"

"Wonderful vacation - Overall great experience here, enough room for all our belongings as a family of 6, lived having a washer and dryer in the room, as well as chairs at the beach for when we went. The only thing with the room that was nerve wrecking was all the glass but we simply moved any glass decor to the closet during our stay so our 4 and 1 year old couldn’t accidentally break it. The room was cozy, would stay here again!"

"Great place - This place is nice with a great view. Needs a little updating on the furniture but very clean. The furniture is too large for the space. I clipped my leg on the oversized end table several times when going into the kitchen from the living room. Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. Lots of storage in main bedroom. The place had many pots and pans to use. Considering we were on the 11th floor the elevators ran quickly and we never had to wait long. Parking wasn’t bad either…we could always find a place. The beach was awesome! If you plan on working out at their facility, don’t bother….that place needs to be updated. Many machines broken. But overall we had a great time."

"Great vacation stay. Awesome access to the beautiful beach. Check out the beach bar, super fun! Only downside we really had was that we wished the hot tubs didn’t have hours for use. We were in those quite a bit since the weather during our stay was cool and rainy."

"Great Location - If you want to spend time on the beach, this is definetly a great place to stay. Great view of the beach from your balcony & easy access to the beach.
Our only problem was we did not have a car this trip & no grocery store close by but Publix delivers.
Could also use a few more breakfast options in restaurants close by but very laid back & we enjoyed it alot."

"A-MAZ-ING VIEW! - We had a wonderful time at the Surfside Resort #1103. The condo was very clean and had all amenities listed in the description. Beach service was also included which was a pleasant surprise. The balcony was wonderful and an amazing view from the ocean, all the way to the bay. Location was great! Super short walk to the beach. Pool was heated and clean and hot tubs were nice. On site restaurant was tasty and super convenient. We had a small issue with the one of the doors and the management company was super fast to respond and had it fixed within hours. The condo was a little dated in its decor but that is the only (small) downfall to this wonderful condo. I can't wait to comeback to Miramar Beach and the Surfside Resort!"

We got there right at the start of the hurricane and the staff were not there. We didn't know where to park so I called RealJoy and was told to park anywhere. I ended up parking in the garage/deck. On Wednesday, hurricane/storm watch still in effect, at 6 pm...my friend and I got parking tickets for parking in the owner's area. The furniture were outdated and we were disappointed that there was not beach chairs and umbrella available like some of the other condo tenants. The AC in the smaller room did not work, but that was ok"

"Nice place - Last day we thought checkout was at 11am according to the description& overview. However as we were in the process of getting ready to leave someone came into the property and stated that "checkout was at 10am& its really suppose to be at 9am" As me& my husband was getting dressed I over heard the person talking to my 3 grown girls in a ugly manner. So the last day really put a damper on the entire trip
I know my girls are grown....but they are still my children & I really dont appreciate the rude way they were being talked too"

"Great value and location. The layout of the apartment was great and having a door to the patio from every room was awesome. Amazing view, it was so awesome to wake up in this place, see the gorgeous sunrise, and fall at sleep in the patio. I wished we booked at least one more night. If you are staying here on a Monday the the FREE beach bonfire is a most. Food at the restaurant was not great but convinient. Will definitely book this place again."

"Wonderful stay - Our family enjoyed our stay in Surfside 1103 so very much! The condo is a great size, clean, well equipped with kitchen gadgets. The balcony was by far our favorite spot with brand new patio table and chairs. The view is so amazing of the beautiful gulf water. The condo itself has so much natural light that can be covered if that's not your thing but we loved keeping the windows uncovered. Showers were great, beds we're comfy, air kept the room cool. Overall very pleased with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to bring our family back to this condo!"

"Perfect place for a relaxing vacation! - This house was amazing and equipped with everything you could possibly need. VERY clean, tastefully decorated and spaciously designed. There are 2 decks and a lovely screened in porch that overlooks a small creek. This became our favorite spot for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. House is located in a peaceful setting, perfect for walking and biking and convenient to bay, beach and Baytowne Villiage. Just steps from the pool. Golf cart and bicycles located at the house make a fun and easy way to get around! If you are looking for a place to vacation with family or friends, I would highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

"Fantastic condo, family friendly and convenient - We had a fantastic time on our family vacation to Destin. This condo was perfectly sized for our party of 4 adults and 1 infant. The location and view were unbeatable.
The check-in process with the frontdesk can use a little work, looks like a major communication gap between the rental company and the Surfside front desk. But overall, completely worth the price and a fantastic condo. Will definitely return."
